Stopped here while traveling for lunch. We ordered and waited for 25 minutes for our food, with our waitress not checking on us once. We finally got her attention and asked about the status of our food. She said, "Oh" went back to the kitchen and came out with our lunch. I had the French Dip which was lukewarm and my dad had the hot beef sandwich which was cold. We had to flag down our waitress AGAIN and asked how long the food had been sitting there due to the temperature. She stated it had just gotten up there when she went back there. My dad told her it was cold and her only response was, "Oh okay."

Since we had been there over 45 minutes at this point, we chose just to eat so we could get back to traveling. We did not see our waitress after this encounter. She never returned to check in and we didn't receive ANY refills at all due to her lack of presence. When we were ready to pay, we had to flag her down AGAIN for our tab, which she put down on the table without a word. We also noticed as we were waiting that people around us, who came in significantly later then we did, were getting their food the same time we did. We are pretty sure that our waitress forgot about our food and it sat under the warmer.

The food was decent and probably would have been really good had it been hot. But the service we received was SO TERRIBLE that I highly doubt we...

I was kind of excited when I walked through the door. The place looks amazing. You sit down and wait for your waitress no big deal. Then she asked you what side you want and you tell her and she comes back three times saying well we’re out of this and we’re out of that. Not just me but to all other tables. So you order the side that they have left which just happens to be an up charge they don’t tell you about. You then receive your meal and that up charged side item in this case onion rings and they are so overdone. They are just about black. you tell the waitress you’re not eating that and she looks at you until she finally takes it back to be redone. They come back out so under done that they are pale, almost white and like eating boogers. using the steak that you’re paying $40 for that looks decent until you realize it’s almost burnt on one side while the other side is close to being wrong but yet the whole thing somehow is dry and has zero seasoning. after a long 12 hour day you eat it because you don’t wanna get treated same way you did with the onion rings. I do not recommend this place. They may have been good at one time but now they are no better than a Denny’s. for the price they charged. I would’ve had a better experience, grabbing a frozen sandwich at the truckstop across the street. I definitely will...

I was in complete awe just walking through the front door. It probably weighs over 500 lbs. The interior is a museum filled with stuffed animals in showcases and hung all over the walls. I had no time to visit the gift shop. Oh, let's not forget about the food, it's superb. I've never had anything else like it and the service is up to par with any upscale restaurant, but cozy and country feeling. I ordered the steak and eggs with hash browns. I think they cook everything with butter because it was so delicious and tender. I can't say enough good things about this place. Check out the door handles, they are actual traps.

I just read some other reviews and let me tell you, the place was relatively empty when I ate there, so there was no wait time to get a table and menus. The 2 young waitresses were going back and forth the whole time with the few other tables they had. My co worker and i had just come off the drilling rig from a 24 hour job and were really hungry, tired and cranky. The waitress forgot to add bacon to one of the orders, but we were so pleased with everything else that we didn't fuss about it, but when we mentioned it to the waitress she was very apologetic and gave us pie...

Very busy place to go for lunch— on side note if passing thru not many other places available on this exit- went Sunday afternoon bout 1 :30pm - they were closing early due to staff shortages- unfortunately we had to wait for a table over 15 - 20 minutes -don’t be in a hurry- food was hot n we filled up - service was good 👍 ice cream scoop to go was fun 🤩 ( ps don’t try to browse gift shop or spend your money if you have ice cream in hand - as you’ll be hackled at to please keep ice cream out of gift shop - OK but you have to walk through parts your gift shop to get to the exit door —I would understand if it was a child under 10 years old and they were sniffling and drooling and had ice cream going everywhere -but when you ask an almost adult and parent if they don’t take their ice cream into your gift shop - (seriously)then you’re just losing out on that possibility of revenue - was going to buy a souvenir but that was a big big turn off. We left immediately-I didn’t need to spend any more money there if that’s how you’re going treat people. You might want to rethink that policy and delivery of message -FYI for future scolding and possibly revenue from future customers-thanks!!

Oh my goodness! What a unique, detailed & astonishing place! All sorts of mounted animals throughout the place, traps for door handles, a boat for the salad bar, kettle for the soup area, & adorable dishes as well. There is so much to see & experience!!! The food was delicious, & our server, Brittney, was fantastic!!!!!!!! Running her bum off while her coworker visited with what looked like a friend. She was very loud & dramatic. My 3 year old wanted to ask her why she was being so loud.... hmmmm Definitely would go back if we go through there again!! Thank you for a fun dining experience!!!!!
