Restaurant was very clean, food seemed of good quality - no outdated ingredients or anything unsafe like that. Other than that, it was a poor meal experience. Service was slow, no refills on drinks or chips. Ordered queso and guacamole, had nothing to eat it with once the one small basket of chips for our table was gone. Food was all bland. Salsa, guacamole, main dishes - all really bland. Not bad, just not much flavor at all. My family celebrated a birthday at Saucedos on a Tuesday evening in October. We loved the visit and the meal! The staff is very friendly and helpful, and they were able to answer questions we had about the menu. The menu is lengthy and full of wonderful offerings! Kudos to the Saucedo family for doing an amazing job taking great care of their restaurant and customers in a wonderful small town such as Belgrade - where they need out of town folks to help carry the business. Well for a small town in the middle of Iowa I was not convinced how good the food would be. I was really surprised everyone in our party of 7 had a great meal.
