Very clean and inviting atmosphere. Owner is friendly. Food was presented/plated very well. Fresh ingredients. Flauta shells were overdone and lacked flavor, but other than that, food was good. A negative to this place is that they add a 20% tip onto the check without even asking. We’ve eaten out 2-3 times a week for years; this has never happened. Is not tipping the customer’s choice; and the percentage up to the customer’s discretion—based on the service!? I think these owners are confused—or just taking advantage of their clients. If 4 flautas cost $9, why would I be forced to tip someone the same amount ($9) for taking an order, bringing out the food, checking on us once, and delivering a check? I am all for hidden gems, trust me! But this is too hidden! If you are lucky enough to find it, do it! Excellent customer service, an array of choices, delicious food… and when I say delicious that’s exactly what I meant! We all tried to put our plates down but we couldn’t. I think I had to roll out of their 🤭. But it was a great roll and I’d do it again. Be careful with the parking. It can be tricky. But I know you will #enjoy the people and the food!! Hands down the best Mexican restaurant in Belle Glade. I highly recommend this place. It is an extremely clean establishment, the customer service is incredible but most importantly the food is cooked to perfection. They season their dishes perfectly and the meat is tender and clean.
