I might just be too picky but honestly I think that a place based and convenience of pulling up and getting your food should be relatively easy to communicate that.
When I pulled in yesterday they had signs on all their boards to call in your order but did not make sure that the phone number was on there so nobody really knows how to get a hold of them if they don't have internet. My phone was messing up at the time and not allowed to use data for some reason. I had a very difficult time and ultimately had to move to another place just to get service.
Heard a lot of people say they've had bad experiences here. I haven't personally had bad food experiences except for one time which might have been my fault because I might not have fully understood what I was asking for.
I will say though if you're going to tell people to call in leave a number so that we can get a hold of you. It would have been really bad had I not had an open space to pull into that was able to call in I might not have had service without having to get out of my car and go find someone and the worst part was that my food was being made already because I had checked in but it wouldn't allow me to put my number in or say I was there but I had put a time in because they insist that you do that
Luckily it was all okay and I was only about 5 minutes past the time I said I would be but it really frustrated me that I had to repeatedly try to figure out how to get a hold of them with no internet and no way to call them and ultimately moved and if that didn't work I was going to have to actually just grab somebody working there...

Earlier today I stopped in my trip for a cheeseburger wacky pack for my child… you would have thought I was ordering honey glazed short ribs. Server COULD NOT get it right. Asked if I was talking about a grilled chicken sandwich in a wacky pack… WHAT? Wanted a raspberry slush with two cherries, confirmed it 3 or 4 times and what does she ring in? Cherry slush. Told her again that it’s not correct as was met with “there, is that better” attitude. Left, got on the road… not a cheeseburger.
Stopped back in tonight for a water thinking it would be a new group of people working (it wasn’t… same girl) and was told the servers are down (totally understandable). Why are the lights still on like they are open for business if they can’t take any orders or accept cash?

Read moreMade a mobile pickup for my family and drove it all back home 15 minutes away to find out my bacon double cheeseburger was made wrong and had about a cup of mayonnaise on it. (Requested no mayo, no pickles, no onions. Too easy.) Called and they said come back and we will fix it. Drove all the way back and had to wait another 15 minutes for my replacement burger. The second burger came with about a half cup of onions, and a few crumbs of bacon which amounts to maybe half of a single slice. The meat wasn't even hot enough to melt the cheese even in the 15 minutes it sat wrapped in foil in the bag. And there was maybe a pinch of lettuce.... Aside from ordering cheese sticks, I'm done with sonic. This is about the 8th time this year we have gone and every time something is messed up and it takes forever. It's not worth the price to begin with then you have to deal with stuff like this. 10/10 should go out of business. I have a picture but can't figure out how...
