Burger King — Restaurant in Bellevue

I went through the drive-thru an order a kids meal. While at the speaker I ordered my food and as soon as I ordered my kids meal they told me the price they didn't ask me what my drink was if I wanted any sauce with my nuggets or if I wanted anything else actually for myself then when I get to the window the kid tells me $4.69 and then says oh yeah what did you want to drink and I said a Coke and then he comes back and says that'll be $5.21. upon receiving my food, the nuggets were so old they were hard crusty and nasty and all my fries were burnt and cold. Now I worked for two Burger King franchises and for Corp and I have to say this is the most sorriest excuse of a Burger King I have ever seen in my life and I'm from Columbus don't waste...

Very bad experience. everytime I use the 20 I stop in this burguer king but today a man was very unrespectful. I ask if they have the lunch sandwiches and he told me no because it was breakfast time and then I was checking the menu and he told me hurry up, anyways when I told him my order and I was waiting for it, I see a lady came out and change the breakfast menu of the drive thru for the lunch menu I was very disappointed about the attitude of the person who was taking my order, and when I went to the window I ask him if he can change my order and he said No and he said he was the manager and he closed the window. I would give it zero but that isn't possible. Waited over 20 minutes for our food, which was luke warm at best. Got a bacon cheese whopper, that was a joke. My sister ordered a pretzel burger, after she waited over 20 minutes tells her they are out of pretzel burgers and tried to replace her sandwich with a regular bun which is not what she wanted. My husband went up for salt and the "manager" ignores him and let's him wait for another employee to wait on him. Had to remake my sister's two children's burgers and still messed it up when she asked for them to remake them. This place is a joke. The dining room is dirty and seats are sticky.
