If I had an option to not rate this at all I would give 0 stars. With the meals I had ordered wait time wasn't all that bad until I had asked for a sauce that should have come with the nugget meal. No one seemed to be wearing a name tag but based on the manager talking to the cashier I would safely assume his name is hunter. The fries were unbearably salty and i did not eat many of them. It tasted like someone dumped an entire can of Morton's salt onto a handful of fried. The dining room tables were filthy as the restroom was. By the time I noticed the filthy bathroom they had already started to pick up for lunch so I didnt say anything. While attempting to enjoy a halfway decent meal I over here the cashier who I believe is named hunter and the manager with the faded blue ish green ish hair bantering back and forth about the coffee pot and how it went everywhere. The cashier hunter stated to the people working the drive through window "y'all need to stop taking my coffee make your own." As the manager attempted to come up and act like she cared to fix the issue it turned into the cashier hunter and manager being mouthy and disrespectful. If I were an employer here I could tell you half the people working here today would never be on my payroll. The entire inside of this place was foggy as if one or more of the ventilation systems were not operating appropriately. This is the 3rd time I have been to this mcdonalds this month and based on all 3 experiences I would rather drive to tiffin McDonald's and back to enjoy a properly prepared meal without all the back talk and disrespect. At first upon my arrival they were not busy. No excuse as to why the tables were not wiped or bathroom not clean.. It seems like no one here ever smiles or is happy and part of CUSTOMER SERVICE is being face to face with people. These impressions are imprinted on everyone in this restaurant and no teamwork displayed what so ever. Very disappointed. Read moreLeft sitting in curbside twice,both times had to go in to see what's going on.third time ordered mobil and sat in curbside about twenty min,didn't realize they were closed @4 pm.No sign on curbside and there were cars in parking lot,why would I think they were closed? Should've turned off mobil ordering,it shouldn't have went through.several times they never have the pies that are listed on app.Missing items several times.I give up
*Update 11.13.24 same thing again,Sat at curbside for about 15 min.Called to see if they forgot me,they said there was no one at curbside #4.There was a box truck across four spaces,you couldn't think to walk one step over and ask the guy in the running car if it was his order?Never offer an item as a apology,like most places do,time and gas isn't cheap.Looks like the owner of this place doesn't really care.McDonalds has the worst customer service,contacted corporate,which passed the buck back to the original restaurant,which just sends you a pre copy pasted email saying what a great customer you are....blah,blah,blah.No resolution to the problem,no offer to make it right.Still have my money,no food and no refund.Mickey D,you need to learn from Burger Kings corporate customer service.They have always made their mistakes right with me and they do it within minutes via online chat.
3.22.2025 Now complaining about sauces.The app under condiments allow you to choose which condiment you want free.Get to restaurant and they complain I'm using the app wrong,I'm supposed to ask for free sauce.Im telling them like they tell me when they screw my order,you need to contact corporate..😀. It took 25 minutes to get my food in the Lobby while the staff stood around and goofed off, making jokes and showing each other things on their phones in front of my family and another family that was waiting in the lobby. These young people working here were completely oblivious and disrespectful. After 15 min, one worker came and asked if we had ordered something. So disappointing. After 25 minutes we finally got our food, after my husband heard the one blonde male worker complaining about having to make the food. Why work in food service if you don't want to do the food service work?! I will never bring my family here again, and will warn everyone I know about the awful service here.
