Apparently, this is the type of place that threatens to call the police on you if you tell the supervisor, "you don't have to be so rude." If the order is wrong on the screen and I'm going to pay for it. I'm going to make sure it's right, the supervisor working 1/17/22 at 10pm apparently thinks this is unreasonable. She hops on the headset with an attitude to start, because the cashier that was taking my order stopped and told her that she was going home (headset still on, not the customers fault.) prior to speaking with her my order is stopped and without word I'm left sitting there with no explanation from anyone for at least 4-5min. When the supervisor gets on the headset, she mumbles the order to me, which I of coarse didn't understand and then proceeds to be rude because I just want to double check because, like I said, the screen was wrong I told her, "You dont have to be so rude, can I deal with your supervisor instead at which point she laughs at me and states that she's the supervisor. She also seems to think it hilarious that I cannot talk to the General Manager due to COVID-19. Since I requested talking to someone above her. I'm not aloud to order or she'll "call the police on me" She's a joke of a supervisor obviously not to mention I cannot count the amount of times I've ordered on the app and paid for extras for them to screw up the entire order..Most of the employees are great.t cannot be happy working under a supervisor ofsuch poor quality. Read moreVery disappointed. Was asked to pull up so I did. Lady brought out order I looked and seen that I did not have a happy meal. So I went in just to get the Happy Meal while my husband decided to go through the bag and of course start munching on some fries to get ready to get our food out. I went in and the girl had a Happy Meal and a bag in her hand the manager tried to then stop her and proceed to say hey wait that's yours you got the wrong order. he said I need the bag that you got I said well my husband has already started eating the fries and going through the sandwiches to see what was what. he said that it's fine I still need to serve this order to the right customer!!! he then had the girl follow me to my car and receive the wrong bag and took it back in the store to serve it to another customer that is so nasty we touch the food ate some fries they then took it to serve it to someone else. makes me think how many times have I got my meal that was served to someone else that was touched by...
Read moreThis McDonalds is located in Bells, TN. The service is always top notch better than any McDonalds I have visited in years. Dyersburg McDonalds would be 2nd. The rest do not rate on my chart. I am one for customer service and with a kind smile and attitude and not acting like they hate their job and you are bothering them. This McDonalds gets you order correct and fast. When I drove into the parking lot and went through drive in lanes and pulled back onto the hwy I had my food and on my way in less than 2 minutes and yes I do time them at times when I'm supposed to be somewhere on time and I worked at McDonalds when I was 16 and I'm 60 so I consider myself an expert in McDonalds service. Management is even working and the employees are not standing around talking and finishing their conversations before you get waited on like a few other ones I have been to.
