I think this might be my first full 5 star review ever! Service was amazing. Super child friendly and all staff as so kind and several servers stopped by just to say hi to my toddler. Love their lunch pricing! I got a shredded beef enchilada with a side or rice and beans and chips as an appetizer (of course) and a side of rice for my baby for $9 before tip!

Accessibility ♿️: restrooms are absolutely not wheelchair friendly. Ntrance is iffy, but seating and tables are a good height. Kid friendly: has diaper changing station, kids menu,boosters and high chairs, kids styrafoam cups to go, and treats are the pay counter. Of course my daughter just eats a mountain of their rice each time anyway.

Best place to eat withing 45 mile radius for is in Lincoln. They have a very large and nice extra room for big parties and or catered events/meetings. So excited to go to this restaurant "chain" more often when they get their Lincoln location. We only go like once every three months when we happen to already...

The food was great, but the rest of the experience left a lot to be desired. I don't live in town and it was Mother's Day, so maybe this was due to unusual circumstances. I waited at a crowded entrance for 20 minutes before anyone spoke to me, but was promptly seated thereafter. Within 1 minute the waitor stared at us with pad and pen in hand until we said we weren't quite ready. Once served, no waitor EVER returned to our table. The chips were almost gone when cheese dip was brought out, so that was a waste of money. The phone rang loudly and constantly but was never answered. When we finally caught a waiter's attention to ask for fried ice cream, she said "no". We asked for clarification on that and she said "no ice cream" and then walked off. So we stood in line for 15 minutes to pay and left. I understand they may have been unusually busy, but this is no way to do business...

Food was great. Service was non-existent. Cleaning products were very strong scented. Not like normal Fabuloso, Like abnormal caustic strong. Atmosphere was weird like a Mexican restaurant, literally in the middle of nowhere. The main problem I had is that they charged extra for everything. I ordered without sour cream or tomatoes, but wanted jalapenos, instead. $1. I needed more tortillas to eat the fajitas that they brought out, $1. Wanted some salsa that actually had flavor (which they had and it was good, unlike their table salsa) $1. If I take two things off the meal, then give me a $2 credit, if you are gonna charge for every little thing. Waitress did not check on me a single time. I tipped her, anyhow, because I am a decent human. The food was GREAT. Everything else was well...
