Bumpers in Belzoni, MS I don't know if the management changed or if the franchise was sold to someone but the service is very poor. Location seems to be deteriorating. It use to be packed now it looks more deserted. Speakers...Some work and a lot of them don't. Drive thru a mess. Ice cream machine has been broken for almost 4 months now. The only reason I gave it 1 star is because maybe if the workers had what they needed it would a better operation. Workers will let you order at the speaker and because it's too cold to come outside then tell you to pull to the drive thru. After you ordered and sat there for 15-20 mins. Why not just post signs that say order at the drive-thru. Not to mention i sat waiting from 3:25 until 4:12pm for my food. And it came out wrong. Sodas were flat. The coke was basically liquid brown sugar with no carbonation. My level of patience is outstanding today. Owner invest in your business. You're losing money, losing customers and giving bad experiences. Ruleville and Yazoo locations stay on point may need to take a page or two from them on how they are doing such...

The last two times I ordered here it wasn't too bad. Not as good as I'd like, but not as bad as my first impression, which was pretty bad, worse than the generic food at AM/PM Convenience stores attached to ARCO gas stations. Really bad. Service was quick and accurate, with tasty results instead of being cold and tasteless. Ultimately, far better than the MacDonald's across the street, attached to a Double Quick gas station and convenience store. My most recent visit, they actually had Root Beer. Went to Bumpers tonight at 9pm and never received my order. I ask one of the car hop to check to see if they go my order. She never returned and said anything. Sit additional 20 minutes and ask the second car hop if they received the order. She came back and apologizes and said they didn't get the order. Also a car pull beside me and person came on andbegin to take his order stop the customer in middle of his order and ask him to hold on never came back to complete the customer order.
