Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Benicia

I stopped to get gas, and noticed there was a Jack in The box and I was hungry. I wanted something that wasn't too messy so I ordered the meat lovers burrito and a large iced tea with extra ice. I have got to say, the meat lovers burrito was really good and really hot all the way through. I think I might have slightly burnt the roof of my mouth but that's totally my fault. And totally worth it! It was really good I just ate a little too fast. They gave me a a little container of salsa with it too which was really good. I was on my way home and a little tired or I actually would have gone in and told the manager how much I enjoyed how hot and good the burrito was. The person at the window was really nice, she was very friendly.

Yeah when I travel if I have to stop for gas or a break, when I see a Jack in The box I'm pretty much going to get something to eat as well. They're consistently good and the staff knows what they're doing good...

When I went there the team leader Ariana was in the drive thru. She told me it was closed and mumbled something after. I asked in how much longer they would be open and she responded with an attitude saying "I said 15 minutes!". I asked for her name and supervisor she then refused and said "get out my drive thru". Went in to go speak to the manager and she starting aggressively being loud saying she was a manager too and continued to talk mess as I tried to speak to management and I continued to ignore her and asked the manager if we could speak off to the side privately because she was making a huge scene in front of all the customers and people were staring. Then after I left she continued to loudly talk about me in front of people because another customer left the restaurant and said something to me....

Worse service in my life the employee was not polite at all she will ignore customers. She was out of receipt paper instead of her turning around and get the receipt from the Drive-thru printer she was just not giving us a receipt. The manager working the Drive thru give her all the receipts and she just throw them away I heard when the manager told her why are you throwing them away her answear was I don't need them. Every customer was complaining about her. I ask for the manager and she ask me what's the problem I told her your cashier her answear was I know. I told her I work in a fast food restaurant and if I was you I rather work short handed than having her here. I gave this store 1 star because I have to for me able to post my comment other wise they will get 0 stars thanks to...
