We wanted to try there soul food we have been hearing about, went to watermark tonight and they only had burgers, club sandwhich, amoung a few other American fried foods. Said it would be ready in about 10 mins. My husband went up there and they were extremely disorganized. One person was waiting forever before us. They then messed up our order. 30 mins later we got our food. The fries were soggy and undercooked. One positive is they have really good barbaque sauce.

Having the privilege of trying Diana’s kitchen who’s been serving soul food in Buchanan Michigan Mondays this summer I would rate the flavor, verity, and a service a 10/10 ! The Mac and cheese and chicken and fry’s were cooked perfect (falling off the bone) if you get the chance check them out 🤤😍

Tried this food truck at the apple festival tonight and was possibly the best burger I have ever had. Perfectly toasted bun, huge onion rings and the perfect amount of ratio for everything! I will definitely be finding them again!
