Subway — Restaurant in Benton

I have had many issues with this location, orders missing items, sandwiches missing topping specifically requested to get extra of. When calling the employees will flat out argue with you, refuse refunds for items not recieved and even hang up when you ask to speak to a manager vs the employee arguing with the customer. They do not give out reciepts, I assume a safeguard from making complaints as corporate asks for numbers only found on the reciepts. The self order machine at the drive through supposedly doesn't ring all of your selections. Half the time you don't even get acknowledged that you've entered the store.. and yes, i understand being busy but using your hands to make a sub doesn't prevent your mouth from moving. Idk who gave yall such good service but ive lived less than 5 miles away and have frequented this subway for 5 years and can't think of a single time I've gotten decent service and my order...

3 times in one month my sandwich has been messed up, THREE TIMES, I eat here a lot, they dont care about repeat customers. And they will find ANY way they can out of fixing your order or replacing it or not refunding you that they can, including but not limited to blaming you for it, especially when using their drive through touch screen. If it wasn't for it being so close I would have stopped going there a long time ago, and after today...I'm going to, I hope this saves others from the hassle of this store. It may have been the best experience of my life...

I’ve climbed mountains in Alaska and surfed barrel waves in Hawaii but what I experienced at this subway has been the peak of my life.

I walked into this subway just expecting to get normal service.. but I received much more.

I was instantly greeted with a smile by a blonde haired young man. He asked me what I would like in the most welcoming way.

The sandwich he crafted with the most elegant movements. Carefully writing the initials of my name with mayonnaise on the bread of the sandwich.

And finally at the end of the service experience, he placed the warm sand which in my hand and whispered,...
