I can't give this particular station any stars. I tried to use my debit card at the pump and it failed and told me to go inside. The cashier was acting strange and was somewhat rude. I tried to use my card again and it failed. I ended up paying cash. The next morning I get a notification from my banks fraudulent dept. saying that my card was trying to be used for $100.00 dollars at around 5:30 that morning in the same city. I'm not from around there. I was just passing thru and that was the only place I tried to use the card. They got my information off my card and tried to use it. thank goodness my bank caught it and stopped it. I don't blame Casey's, I blame the cashier and will seeking legal action...
Read moreThis is nothing against the people working at the Casey's on 11th in Bentonville, but the owner really needs to hire more staff. I regularly stop into this Casey's and, nearly every single time, there is no one watching the cash register and we have to flag someone down for at least 4 - 5 minutes. I might sound like a snowflake, but it's quite irritating that it happens so consistently and that it could be fixed by simply having more people working there. Again, it's not the staff's fault, but come on - this is basic stuff. BTW, the pizza is still great, once I finally buy it and get back in my car. I love Casey's and will always be a fan - this one needs some...
Read moreIm from chicago and was a GM of a pizzaria so i know my pizza. This was not great, but it wasnt bad. All in all the pizza was surprisingly good for what it is, but of course it still is gas station pizza. If i was really hungry and in a hurry, i would get it again. Since i know my tastes are skewed, i would have to adjust and say its good and i recommend it for non-hardcore pizza lovers.
Staff is friendly. I also got a burger, potato wedges, and cheesy tots. The cheesy tots were undercooked slightly, the wedges were good, the burger i cant recommend.
I like this place and will be returning often while im in town...
