Adam's On Main - Berlin Heights, OH — Restaurant in Berlin Township

We finally made it into Adam’s On Main after several recommendations. (Opened Jan 2024) What an excellent “hidden gem!” We were impressed with everything about the place/space, the food, and the owner/service staff. This is the best, elevated home cooking and/or classic diner style cuisine… fresh, “bright,” as locally sourced as possible, generous, expertly prepared - all cooked and served by the nicest, friendliest people. The majority of items offered are created in-house - and if it’s not, they’ll probably let you know. We enjoyed the Saratoga Chicken Salad Club - yummy, homemade chicken salad with B, L and T on perfectly buttered and grilled bread; BBQd Pulled Pork - juicy, succulent, smoky chopped/chunky pork; perfectly done, golden French fries - delicately crunchy exterior, soft, fluffy interior. Owner/Chef Adam Z. has created a totally charming environment in which diners will feel “at home” and enjoy his thoughtfully curated and presented menu of options. We came in from nearby Huron and will add Adam’s into our regular rotation of favorite and reliable places to dine...

We visited here on Saturday 5/31/25. I came because the reviews for the burgers were very good and I was craving a good burger. That's not what I got. First off the burger patty was less that 1/4 of an inch thick and I'm pretty sure it was a preformed patty bought from somewhere. I got the bbq burger and the cheese on it wasn't even melted. Burger was not the burger I was hoping for. Also I know the place is small but one waitress on a Saturday night with not even a food runner or helper is ridiculous. Our poor waitress was running circles around the place and couldn't keep up at all. I got one drink the whole time we were there and my cup sat empty most of the time. Needless to say this was out first and last time we will ever stop here. I'm not sure about all the good reviews on the burgers unless they just changed something. Oh and the prices were very high. 15 dollars for a burger that's not even a quarter pound...

Had a few extra minutes for lunch and decided to drop into Adam’s on Main Street in Berlin Heights!!! Oh my-what a place!! Greeted when I walked in-everyone it’s super friendly and seems to know every customer by name as the come in! The food is amazing! Prepared fresh and hot in a timely manner for a nice sit down restaurant. It’s a fine place, the prices are fair-I ordered the Tiger’58 Burger and tore into it as soon as my server set it down and was half eaten before I remembered to take a pic! She recommended the fries and I got an abundance of steak fries that were hot and crispy just how I like ‘em. If I closed my eyes I could imagine myself in a well established deli/cafe in Chicago and only had to go to BH to get that kind of ambiance. I hope you enjoy it as much as I did. Can’t wait to introduce friend and family to this place!! Home run...
