East End Grille — Restaurant in Berlin

I dont know why I do this to myself. I try and try to give a benefit of a doubt. When you call an order in at 7:07 for pick up and your told it will be 30 min. We show up at 7:35 and are told it will be 10 more minutes. By 7:57 I have to go inside and ask where my food at. Then told it will be 3-5 more minutes. Looks like someone forgot to make our order. Funny how they make you pay right away and then tell you they will give you a discount but till its said and done once I got our food they hand it to you and walk away. No...

Awesome place for drinks, meals, and music. Always, something happening here for a fun night out. The food is great. Stromboli is my favorite, for sure. They have a drive-through as well, so you can order ahead if you wish. Large variety of drinks to choose from. There is also seating outside on a screened porch. Lots of room inside as well. Waited over an hour after ordering a couple fish sandwiches. Appetizers came out with meals. Everything was cold and orders were wrong. When we asked the waitress for anything it was like we were bothering her! Have been there in the past with no issues. Something is wrong with the place. It's a nice place!
