Subway — Restaurant in Berlin

Went here a while back, was in the area, so I figured I'd swing in and grab a sub.

Older building, doesn't look like a restaurant from outdoors. I wanted to get the meal, But I looked around and DIDN'T see any fountain beverage machine. Asked what / where it was, and she said they got rod of it because it BROKE DOWN!!! 🤣🤣 I've never been to a franchise store restaurant, that didn't believe in fixing or buying a new machine to offer their consumers options to drink.

So ur only options are bottled beverages from the cooler. Which generally are "SUPER EXPENSIVE" more so than their fountain ones!

I'd say, theu need to modernized the restaurant, and fix their Air Conditioning, as it was at least 85" inside the eating areas.

By far the worst subway ive ever had the misfortune of ordering from. It is understaffed, veggies looked old and had begun to brown, and they did not have enough roast beef to complete my sandwich. The woman working there was very stressed out and was doing everything she could to work with the mess of a store she was given. Also, the "remodel" is a joke. Ive seen section 8 apartments that have better paint jobs and lighting. Again, the employee was very good but management seems to not care at all about...

There was only person working on a busy Saturday afternoon at lunch time. She was doing the best she could but most customers had multiple sandwiches in their orders, and it took nearly 30 minutes to get through the line. I would have bailed, but I was bringing home Subway as a treat for my kid. I'll never go to...
