Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Bernards Township

My order was placed at 11:02 to provide time for the baking and delivery process for it to arrive on time for lunch. I received a call from Robinson who was very nice and apologized for the issues that have occurred with the delivery driver. He advised he was going to wait for an update on the arrival of his delivery person prior to making the food, much appreciated!! I stated fine we will wait for the delivery thinking they have more than 1 delivery person. Robinson offered to compensate me for the issues but he stated he would keep me updated. He called me back within a half hour and advised the delivery person was on his way to his store so he was going to prepare the food so it was still fresh upon arrival, however, his manager Aziz advised him he was unable to compensate me for ANYTHING. I needed to either pick the food up myself or cancel the order nothing more. Aziz wasn't even at the store to speak to me nor to assist Robinson. I wish I could give this place 0 stars. They are liars.

Ordered three pizzas yesterday. The order is placed at 6:24 pm. Goes into quality check at 6:43 pm. Then it’s out for delivery around 6:54 pm. The ETA is 7:21, changes to 7:24, 7:25, 7:28, and then suddenly at 7:05 pm the tracker says DELIVERED. Note: the little Domino’s icon that shows you where the car still shows the car at the store.

I call the store. No one picks up. I’m on hold for 20 mins. I drive to the store since no one is picking up. There’s only one person there and the phone is still ringing. Same old story - “I’m the only one here.” I’m empathetic but how many times is this going to happen.

The manager comes in 5 mins later. Tells me the pizzas have been delivered. I reject that statement. Ask him to recheck. He calls the driver. Guess what: he still has the pizzas in the car. 30 mins after it said DELIVERED in the tracker. I point out the lie but it’s shrugged off by the manager.

If you like Domino's, this is one of the best! We always get delivery. The pan pizza always comes out the way I order it. I'd never tried the cheesy bread until the most recent order, and my family devoured it. It's just as good the next day when reheated in the oven; the same goes for the pizza. The molten lava cakes are too sweet for my taste, but my husband and daughter love them. The food arrives piping hot and is delivered quickly. I can tell this Domino's is run professionally due to the consistency of the food and delivery. It's located in a beautiful historical building and has been open for several years. I'm unsure why this particular Domino's was never added to Yelp.
