If you haven't been to The Wetlands because you were wondering how good could public golf course food be - you're missing out on a great dining experience! We ordered a Grilled Salmon entree and Seafood/Pasta Au Gratin. They were absolutely delicious! It's more than been a few weeks and I'm really behind on writing my reviews, so I'm terribly sorry I don't remember the names of our servers. They said many of their customers mistake then for sisters and believe me, they sure look like it! Take it from good ole' Steve - a top 10% reviewer of all eateries on Google with over 3 million views - you can’t go wrong the The Wetlands unless you're trying!

My son took me to the wetlands for Father’s Day. I got the fried shrimp tacos and they were outstanding. They were stuffed full. But I was able to eat all three. I also had the lobster bisque and it was very very good. I don’t go there a lot cause we don’t go out to eat that much but I would highly recommend this place. The owner took time to chat with us a little bit about the history of the wetlands and the golf course. The next time you are thinking about, where should I go to eat? I would say go to the wetlands. Enjoy a nice meal overlooking a beautiful golf course. 10/5/24 Update, went back for my daughter’s 50th, And was not disappointed.

The Wetlands Restaurant has a beautiful view of the Pine Meadows golf course. The menu has a variety of items from appetizers, sandwiches to full entries. When we entered we were seated immediately, I ordered the Sea Food and Pasta Au Gratin, although a little dry, the cheese sauce was very good with a nice quantity of small shrimp and small scallops. My wife ordered the Chicken Caprese which she said was very tasty.

I couldn't be more disappointed, and on so many levels.

I paid way too much for what was advertised as a "Mother's Day Brunch" -- $23 per head!!! -- and got neither breakfast food nor good service nor particularly good dinner/lunch food.

And we felt rushed to leave.

All for $115 -- BEFORE tips, alcohol and taxes (!!).

Bad experience.

Thinking the huge price meant the "brunch" must be good, and based on the Golf Course's "country club" clientele, I took my wife, my 2 kids and my daughter's boyfriend to the restaurant for this brunch on May 12, 2019.

It was terrible. $23??!

First of all, there was no "brunch food." Brunch indicates some sort of BREAKFAST AND LUNCH (hence the word brunch) fare. This was strictly dinner fare. No pancakes or waffles or omelettes or scrambled eggs or breakfast meats or muffins, etc. ZERO breakfast food.

The food that was offered was average to mediocre: The Shepherd's Pie was EXCELLENT, and the roast beef cuts were also tender and good. But the selections were limited, the chicken undercooked. There were no dinner rolls. No self-serve beverages. They did come around and give 1 ordered beverage prior to the buffet, but that was...

The only reason I am Giving this restaurant one starIs is because I would not be able to share my experience this evening this has been the worst dining experience I have ever have we made reservations for 5:30 and upon arrival discovered they overbooked and had no table available after finely getting seated the server explained that it would be over a hour till we would be served we decided to wait after 2 and a halt hours we asked to speak to the mgr when I told her I was very upset for the unreasonable wait she became belligerent cancelled our order and be going on a profanity laced rant in the middle of the dinning room no I want to explain that it was very clear she had no trading or the slightest idea how to manage the front of the house in fact she was only interested in serving the customers drinking at the bar and totally ignored the poor waitress witch to their credit were trying to appease the customers the best they could in closing I can't recommend strongly enough how much you should...
