We were invited to a preview experience prior to opening. What a joy to share in the tastes of South Africa here in Vermont. This restaurant brings the meat-forward, savory richness of South African braai culture, but with plenty of other savory sides and not-too-sweet desserts. I was impressed with the freshness of the ingredients and the "real food" aesthetic.
