Awful. TL/DR: Locals only biker bar. Might want to try if you love in order of priority: smoking, bikes, and no service if you are not a "regular".

Full review: Spent an afternoon on the Fox River paddling and afterward we were looking for some good and different local food in the area around Big Bend near the boat launch at the park. This was only a few blocks away on Hwy 164. We parked and noticed a "designated smoking area" well away from the outside tables, which is nice for non smokers that also want to sit outside. We go in and get ignored by most waitresses, except one. She seats us outside as requested and even set up an umbrella for us over the table which was great. She said a server will be right with us. We waited at least 15 min, and in this time no one ever came out. Besides the lack of service, other things we observed in this time led us to just leave. The table next to us, all of whom smoked, were nice enough to go into the designated smoking area. Other patrons who went out the back patio door however decided to immediately light up the second they walked outside and then proceeded to take multiple drags while standing right behind me on the patio. These same people then went to their motorcycles and fired them up and then revved them up multiple times, for no reason, while standing next to them. This was right next to the patio. One person then did like 3-4 laps around the parking lot, parked again, and went back inside! The other people who were revving the bikes also went back in. These were all women by the way. The whole bar had a white trashy vibe to it. Not my scene. I used the bathroom to wash my hands and there was no door lock OR latch! It had been ripped off. Most everything in the bathroom was broken including a flickering light and the towel dispenser ripped apart. I came back out and asked if the waitress had come yet. The answer was no, but we now had a group of 3 people sitting directly behind us, all smoking, on the patio at the last open table. We left after that. Won't come back and cannot recommend. So knock yourself out if you are local, a regular, a biker, have a bike, like revving your bike obnoxiously, and above all else, you absolutely LOVE...

This is the Dr. Jeykll and Mr. Hyde of establishments. Been coming here for years and have been giving it multiple chances. This is more of a cautionary tale of when to come here. First thing: food is phenomenal. But the difference between daytime staff and nighttime staff is staggering. Daytime staff is the time to come here. Come 5 -6 pm you do not want to be here. Some of the bartenders simply do not seem to care. I had once received food and waited about ten minutes before I received my silverware, napkins, condiments, etc. I had a bartender assume we wanted our next round of drinks to be the same thing we had before without asking, I had to say we don’t want these we want something else. We had been ignored multiple times by bartenders to receive drinks because they pay more attention to the boisterous crowd that overtip. I know this because one of said customers told me so. He said you get service here at night by tipping more than everyone else. Then I left my food here on the bar which is completely my fault. I came back in an hour and they had already tossed it. Now most of my career has been in hospitality, I have been a GM in downtown Milwaukee and a regional manager for a hospitality group and I have to say that when I was a young server and bartender I held on that shit until I knew for sure those people weren’t coming back. So when I returned and they said no we don’t have it, I had asked well is there anything you can do? They said no. And “NO” was the last straw for me.

Edit: 2 weeks with no response. So obviously this establishment does not care about return guests.

Went there again. Sat down. No greeting. Bartender saw me. Waited for ten minutes for a drink. Thought I was going to get a beer. Couple walks in that she knew. She immediately served them. Then walked directly by me to ask someone that has been there if he needed another. Got him a beer and left to the kitchen. I walked out again. Why do...

My thoughts of this place have clearly changed since this post, Toni is by far the rudest person I've encountered here. I know you guys are shut down right now. But I will never be returning. I tell everyone I know about how rude Toni is and how she literally argued with us and treated us like crap while we were going there every Wednesday for months. She directly told us to sit somewhere else if we wanted better service. Which was a shock to us because we were always nice and always said thank you and asked politely for what we needed. It's like she purposely went out of her way to be rude to us. When we asked her if we did something is when she told us to sit somewhere else. Rude, right? Go somewhere else for wings, but even though everyone else is nice, I won't be returning because of Toni. I hope someone treats you the way you treated us, for no good reason at all.
