To begin with I have never felt strongly enough to leave a review about anyone or anything until now.New owners recently took over it's been downhill since. First thing they took the military/veterans discount a way that all of the previous owners offered. I guess they don't appreciate the sacrifice that everybody has made so that they're free to run a business. Secondly I've been there more times than I can count spend more money than I could add up. And never have I had such bad food service it wasn't the waitresses fault it was the food quality. My wife's dinner was overcooked to the point where it was like eating beef jerky. my son's dinner was cold. I ordered a pulled pork sandwich that no lie I had about 2 oz of meat on it when they served it to me. The waitress went back to the kitchen with my complaint and the response was that was the last of the pulled pork they had for the night take it off for me 50% off for my sandwich lol. This place was very loud and kind of annoying to eat here. Bathroom was clean servicers where very loud. Not sure if they were drunk or what but, not a place I will ever go back to. The food tasted good but, not a good place if you want to even talk to anyone... I thought by the name there was some sweet old lady working here and it was quiet... The very complete opposite here. If you enjoy drinking with loud mouth wait staff then this is the place for you. How ever not recommended to eat here . Rude staff,loud atmosphere, however they keep it pretty clean here with the smell of fresh mopped floors while you eat right after someone else leaves... It felt like when we showed up we were annoying the staff by showing up and spending our money... I rated 2 stars, because the food was pretty good, NOT THE SERVICE! Went to eat with another couple who had called & made reserverations. When we arrived, our friend had to point to the hostess to show her our name. Hostess was quite rude, & she told us they do not take reservations. She finally stated she would seat us next. As we watched others get seated after us we again inquired about our table & the Hostess stated she was told to follow the list & we would have to wait! Never bothered to inform us of this change, continued seating people, without putting us on a list, & was extremely rude! Even though we remained calm. At this point, the bar tender got involved & showed the Hostess where she wrote our reservation. After some more time, the bar tender went to talk to the manager and we were finally seated.
