Subway — Restaurant in Big Grove Township

The older lady with the big glasses, messy hair, and awful attitude made my experience more than uncomfortable. Of course she was wearing no name tag. She was rude and short and even raised her voice at me because I couldn't tell she said sauce and not toppings. Never once said Hi or What can I get you and never said thank you welcome. I felt like if o asked for anything else she was going to go ballistic. It's every single time we go and are served by her. Coming from somebody who worked in food service, that's unacceptable. If you act bothered to customers by just doing your job maybe you should find a new job. I even told her hope you have a better day because something was clearly bothering her, and she just said bye. Not only her, but some of the other staff members make me and my family feel uncomfortable every time we come in there. Y'all need...

Stopped for a sandwhich expecting the same thing I get every single time. Quickness, cleanliness and overall a good experience. But unfortunately was not treated with any of the above. The wait was long. I was standing in there for 15 minutes, which I didn’t really mind but with the amount of workers it could’ve gone by a little quicker. It was obvious 3 of the 4 workers had absolutely no clue what they were doing. The one who did, was clearly getting frustrated with the workers who were standing around trying to find the ingredients customers, including myself, were asking for. Put in an order through the app, I asked for light sauce on my buffalo chicken sandwich and in the area that you can add directions (I didn't want a toasted sub) I asked for them to warm up the meat and cheese. Picked up my food - meat was cold, cheese was not melted and there was so much sauce my sandwich was falling apart and hard to eat. The last couple times I ordered from there, I figured it was an accident, but this time (with specific instructions) they still let me down.
