Vitta's Mexican Bar & Grill — Restaurant in Big Lake Township

It was a Monday night and we went there on a whim as I had driven by it several times recently. My husband got Vitta’s Special with shrimp, steak and chicken over rice with the cheese sauce on the side you get a choice of corn or flour tortillas with it. He chose flour. He thought the meal was very good. And plentiful. Not very spicy. I got the OG chimichanga with shredded chicken. It was extremely filling and tasty. I also got the Large House Margarita. It was enough for 3 but I finished it and my husband drove us home!!! The atmosphere was nice and not loud. Not your typical Mexican decor. But extremely pleasant. Monica was our server. Stopped in at Vitta’s Mexican Bar & Grill in Big Lake, MN, and couldn’t have been more impressed. First off, the buffalo wings were out of this world—crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and packed with flavor. Honestly, some of the best wings I’ve had in a long time.

Our waiter was exceptionally friendly and attentive—made us feel welcome right away and checked in just the right amount. Service like that takes a good meal and turns it into a great night out.

We stopped for a Sunday dinner, the staff was friendly, the service was quick, the food was flavorful and fresh. We had classic Enchilada, chicken, beef and it was good. I had chimichanga one chicken and one pork. They were both very tasty, moist and flavorful. Full tummies. Great place to eat.

Oscar, the owner said they hope to have Bingo on Wednesday and getting the sound system updated for music on the weekends. They have been open for 4 months and trying their best to get themselves established.
