Estella's Country CornerCafe — Restaurant in Big Spring

I have passed up this restaurant a few times because the parking lot is so full. I was thinking there would be a long wait to be seated. I decided to try today regardless of the crowd. The parking lot was over full, but I guess everyone in here drove and was meeting up with friends. I was able to sit quickly.. The ranch style restaurant is clean and well staffed. The server took our order quickly. Three tables were available when I arrived.. we are down to one available now, but I see some folks finishing up their breakfast. My food was delicious. I had one half of my plate on a tortilla and the other half without. Upon entry, I felt welcomed, and the service was impeccable. You guys have something great going on...

Estella's is by far the best cafe in town. Stella's cooking is as close to a home cooked meal that you'll eat and enjoy. I don't think there's anything I don't like here. Fyi, this is not a fast food place. Everything is cooked to order, and there might be a wait time, especially if it's busy,but it's so worth the wait. Please be kind to the waitress as she has no control till she, in turn, brings the orders out as received. The menudo is very popular, so I'd get there early as they tend to run out pretty quick, and them homemade tortillas are so fluffy and delicious they complete the meal. So go out and enjoy some...

Always great food, if you have to wait a long time it's because many orders were ahead of your's on that day, they usually cook to order, would you prefer they cooked alot of food before you get there so you can complain about cold food! If your complaining here, you'll complain everywhere else you go, POINT MADE.......if your not happy, don't go anymore, I've been about 100 times never been dissatisfied EVER!!!
