First, If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Hands down mine, and my families favorite BBQ. My son even refers to Bryan as Mr. Brisket. Everything on the truck is outstanding. From his everyday items to his specials. His sides are delicious! The coleslaw, the red skin potato salad, pasta salad, smoked beans, and of course the cornbread. All prepared individually with love and care. The meticulous thought and preparation at each step, even the paper that lines his containers. Not a corner cut, or an aspect overlooked. We have had his food many times, and at many different locations. Quality is always consistent and superior. Obviously our family favorite is the brisket, but his chicken sizzler is outstanding! And I'm hoping the triple meat burger he was experimenting with makes it to the menu!!!

I highly recommend Bryan! Whether your looking for a quick bite, or you need catering for an event, Northeast Smokehouse is your best option.

Hey Billerica! We needed more and better food options and NOW we have one and need to help them be successful. This is the best food to come to Billerica in a VERY long time! Didn't feel like cooking the other day and have been waiting to try them so we decided to pull the trigger. It's where the old Meat Again was. I ordered the Pittmaster sandwich. The brisket was perfectly seasoned, cooked and moist. The slaw and pickled onions were a perfect compliment and a nice kick was added by the sliced jalapeños. My wife had the pulled pork sandwich and was thrilled. I asked Brian (the owner) about the pork belly pastrami and then just had to grab a half pound to go. Being from NY I was still skeptical but was absolutely blown away by the taste. We hired Northeast Smokehouse to cater our wedding reception, and the food was absolutely unbelievable. I had so many guests asking for the name of the caterer, and even requesting takeout boxes to bring food home, which is practically unheard of for wedding food!

We chose to serve the meal family style to create a more intimate dinner experience, and the team was incredibly accommodating of this request. The execution was flawless and exactly what I had envisioned. The staff was professional, kind, and attentive throughout the evening, helping everything run smoothly.
