I do not normally write reviews, but the experience I had calls for one. My husband and I ordered from the Santiagos website from the Heights location. Ive been home ill, so I didn't want to go pick it up. We have done this several times, and never had an issue. Due to dietary restrictions, we ordered nachos minus certain items. The nachos came with all of the things on it. Oh well, mistakes happen! We called and the woman who answered the phone said she would send out new nachos and we should get them quickly. 45 minutes elapsed and they had not arrived, so I called back and they were closed (8 p.m.). I called this morning and asked to speak with a manager and was told, "No." I asked if there was time one would be available, again, "No." I said, "So there is never a manager." She hung up on me. I called the West End and spoke with that manager, who was kind, but less than helpful. Referred me to DoorDash, even though we ordered directly from their website (so I have no ability to get a refund because it was through Santiagos website). He could have offered a free nachos or $15.00 cash refund (which would have worked out the same). Nothing was offered to resolve. He just kept telling me the lady who answered should have given me his number. She didn't. She said two words and hung up. Sadly, I dont think this business will last in the Heights, where we desperately need good food (and their food is good), if they dont figure out better customer...

I can’t give them 5 stars.. Just one time I would like to get the correct order! Every single time there has been an issue, why can’t you get it right!!!?? If I don’t look in the bags there in the restaurant and catch it, it’s always wrong no matter what. The food was great when they first opened, but has changed already. The prices are INSANE! It’s just Mexican food, a slight upgrade from Taco Bell. The Beans are so dry I could patch a hole in the wall with! The Carne Asada ALWAYS has gristle and can’t chew it and usually give to my dogs. Get it together or the public won’t support you Anymore, I...
Read moreTook my dad in for a Fathers day meal. I had my kids with me two of which are the ages of 2 and 4. They did not have a kids menu. So I asked the cashier lady what they have for kids or what she recommended. She was so rude. Kept rolling her eyes at me and huffing like I was annoying her. And would not answer any of my questions. It was not busy and I was not holding up any line. I finally just ordered a quesadilla for them to share. The food itself was great but the service is awful and needs serious fixing. Idk if I will be back. May take me a while to consider trading business...
