Excellent customer service & OUTSTANDING cakes! The owner was so great to work with and the staff was very friendly. I contacted the owner with a custom idea for a Saints football baby shower cake. She sent me a pencil drawing that captured everything I wanted. The final result far exceeded my already high expectations. It was truly a work of art. Did I mention that the cake (almond white wedding) tasted just as amazing as it looked. Everyone, from the happy couple to almost every guest commented on how great the cake was. Very meh Staff is very kind. The bakery took a very simple design and made it even simpler. I added photos for comparison. I sent the first photos as reference for the design, a completely different decorating technique was used.. a lazier one. I would have appreciated a heads up that y’all do not practice the cake painting technique. Ordered the white wedding (almond flavored cake) with cream cheese filling. The cake tasted like cherry, if you don’t bake you might not know but, if there is too much almond extract in a recipe it will taste like cherry. I picked up a Cheeky Monkey King Cake- raspberry cream cheese flavor, Friday at 5:00 from the Chevron on Canal Rd. in Gulfport. I love king cake and had never tried a Cheeky Monkey one. I was a little concerned with it being the end of the day if the king cake would still taste fresh but to my surprise and everyone at the event I attended, it was wonderful! There was hardly any left and barely a crumb on any plate. The king cake was fresh, soft, not overly filled, nicely flavored and well-decorated.
