I ordered a custom cake for my daughters 16th birthday to be picked up. When I get to the store they bring out a all pink cake that is plain and has happy 16th Alyssa on it. The cake is not what I ordered at all. The order I placed was supposed to have a kitten on it and the borders were supposed to be green.... There was no kitten on it and the whole cake was completely pink... The only thing I asked for to be pink was the words but everything else was supposed to be green because green is my daughters favorite color so why the person who decorated it took it up on themselves to make it all pink is beyond me. It said specifically for the borders to be GREEN. When I asked about the kitten they said they can't put that on their cakes!!!!! Why am I allowed to order a cake from the company website with a kitten on it when the cake decorator isn't even capable of doing it? I literally had to have my daughter come pick out a new cake a hour before her birthday party and we couldn't even get her name on it because no one knows what to do. The experience was a complete joke... I paid a lot of money for a cake my daughter wasn't even happy with because no one at that location is capable of doing their job correctly. I wanted my daughters sweet 16 birthday cake to be memorable for her but it honestly just turned out to be a nightmare and waste of my time. Read moreOut of all the Dairy Queen’s this has got to be the worst one I’ve been to this location multiple times as both a customer and food delivery service driver the service is slow the employees seem very disorganized always asking me to pay when I’m picking up food ordered through a third party vendor for delivery 09/18/25 I was doing door dash I pulled up and was told to wait for what ever reason then the employee after a good 5 minutes finally said can I take your order when I got to the window the employee wouldn’t hand me the order till I confirmed the order as picked which required a photo , they just sat the food in the drive through window where I had to lean so far out of my car window to get an acceptable photo for door dash that I ended up dropping my phone shattering the screen protector which was $40 and severely damaging the case another $40+, i understand the need to have delivery drivers confirm the order but the employee could held the bag closer for the photo to avoid this incident and it didn’t help with employee adding insult to injury by saying good thing your phone was in case , like ok don’t ask if my still works or if I need to use the store phone to call door dash and cancel the order cause my phone...
Read moreI have ordered 3 kids cheese burger combos, number 5 combo and number 7 combo. They prepared my kids meals and they stated making other customers orders then after 38 minutes they made my last two combos. I told the girl that works there I don’t want Bacon on my burger. They did put bacon and they removed it but they forgot few pieces. My sandwich look does not look like a cheese burger at all . The bread is soaked with sauce and the cheese is not melted. The lettuce is all over the sandwich. The kids ice cream was melted by the time they finished. They kept telling me the meat is cooking while they were making other customers orders . Customers who ordered after me. The employees handling the food with no gloves. One of the employees was grabbing onion rings with his hands. I wonder if the franchise care about this location. Some type of people are not meant to be for this type of business. Hygiene cannot be taught. It’s natural. And this crew is far away from hygiene. The meat was not cooked. If you accept to work in the restaurant field. You should have some kind of integrity and handle every order as if it was yours. The employees of this shift far away from that.
