Hollywood grill food truck — Restaurant in Birmingham

We ordered food (Two hotdogs with fries x2 and a cheeseburger with fries ) from this truck at 12:25pm and finally got it at 1:50pm. Appreciate everyone has an ‘off-day’ however if you think this is an acceptable service time, regrettably you are in the wrong business. There were LOTS of unhappy customers who were missing the event activities they had come to attend because they had to stand about in the heat waiting a ridiculous time for their orders and to be honest the wait was certainly not worth it for the quality of food finally served up. They refused to refund us and expect people to just wait on them. Stinks in terms of customer customer service. Around 30-40 people were very thankful for us for telling them just how long they would be waiting and these people were able to spend money at other food trucks which managed to serve them while we were...

Food as always was amazing! What truly impressed me and another reason while I’ll continue to go back was my experience from last night. I went to get their food but didn’t arrive until when they were closing. Even though they had already started cleaning up and putting items away they still took my order. They easily could have said they were closed but they chose to serve me anyways. When most people or places would have taken the easy way out, Hollywood Grill did not and I’m truly appreciative.
