UPDATE: After a few years and people begging me to let the beef go, I went ordered some cheese puffs from this location. The order was placed for a few days away. On Saturday, August 2nd, true enough when I attempted to call, no one answered. They sent an email saying my order was ready, but I was a ways out. When I got there the guy at the window said it was about 45 minutes ago when my order got prepared and stated he would not give me anything looking like that. He asked did I want anything else and I asked what could I get. He told me anything I wanted, he just didn’t want to sell anything looking like those puffs. I got a pizza and left. Before I left, I thanked him for being honest and caring. This exemplifies TRUE customer service. As long as he’s there, I’ll be a customer.
Went to this location after picking my son up from school and ordering online. My order was due to be ready at 4:18 pm. The door was locked, so I, in turn, joined the drive-thru line with 6 cars ahead of me. At 4:40, with 5 cars still ahead of me, I got out of my car and went to knock on the door to see if my food was ready or to cancel my order. When the worker came to the door she told me she was the only one there and I asked if my 4:18 order there. She proceeded to tell me that nothing was ready. I asked her to cancel, and she said she couldn't because it was online, so she didn't know how. I asked for a corporate number, and she said she didn't have it but asked if I wanted the manager's number. I stated I did. She gave it to me, and I left and immediately called the manager, with no answer. I left a message. When I got home, I looked up corporate and called them. After waiting for 15 minutes for them to pick up I was told that the manager at the store could refund my money and not the corporate office, but she took my info so that she could send it to the manager and once she handled it the manager would call me to let me know. I waited 40 minutes and had no call, so I called the manager back. When she answered, I started explaining what happened, and she interrupted and asked is this a customer. How did you get my number. I told her how, and she says I'll be back tomorrow. Come up there, then I'll remake your order. I told her that at this point, I just want a refund. She asked if it's an online order, and I told her it was. She then said, "You'll have to do that yourself, I don't know how." So I told her that I was told my money should have been refunded at the store and she says well I don't know how to do it." I asked her name, and she stated Crystal Brown. So I then stated I'll let corporate know you said this, and she states do that. I called corporate back, and they stated they have let the owner know about the situation and will get my refund. She said the manager should know how to process the refund, but at this moment, it has now gone up the chain. I received a notice at 6:07 saying my order was ready. On the following Wednesday I called the customer service back and realized the refund still had not been processed by the store, although they told corporate that they had; however, after calling corporate and speaking with them they got my money refunded, FINALLY!!!! Although corporate was very nice, I will never visit Little Caesar's again because their store employees...
Read moreI placed an online order and had my husband pick it up. He had to put up with the nasty attitude of the manager on duty (elderly woman). My order was for in-store pickup. She told him no and proceed to close the door in his face. Another employee was kind of enough to assist him and let him to get the order. The manager then proceeded to state he needs to enter the drive thru line to get the order because the pick up box was broken. He asked if he puts in the number to open the box it won't open, correct? She said yes. He enter the number and the box opened and he was able to grab my incomplete order. He advised her the order was incomplete and stated he would like for the missing crazy bread to be reimbursed since they ran out of crazy bread. She refused and no longer wanted to talk to him. The employees who were not managers treated my husband nicely whereas the manager acted rude and nasty to him. I would like someone to contact for 1 to get my reimbursement on the missing food item that I never received and 2 to report this location's manager who worked on 03/21/2024 around...
Read moreThis is the absolute worst store! Every time I place a portal order it is never ready! When I order from the portal I’m on my way to the restaurant in hopes of NOT having to wait in the line BACKED UP TO THE FREEWAY! After the order is placed, I receive a time that the pizza should be ready, and at “OTHER” LCPs I will receive a 2nd email telling me that my order is ready...but nooo....NOT from First Avenue! ☝🏽 Each time I go in this store I’m asked, “What can I get for you?” My response, “I have a portal order.” Cashier’s response to the workers in the back “The portal order is here!!!” WT@...Then they ask me to enter in the code to make it look like I received my order. I then have to wait another 30 mins while H&R cheese, and pepperoni orders come in and out the door...oh, and drive thru too. My pressure is always through the roof when I walk out of there swearing to never come back. I normally drive to Fultondale where there is no waiting on your portal order EVER! But I live closer to this store. It’s always ready when they say it is at Fultondale! Never AGAIN FIRST...
