Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Bismarck

I prefer dominoes over Pizza Hut 100%. I’ve probably cashed in a good 4 free pizzas. Which could tell you how often the hubby and I order. Always get no cheese on half the pizza because he can’t eat cheese. I ordered one tonight and the pizza came with extra cheese on both sides. I called the store just to let them know and possibly get reimbursed because I had cashed in my free pizza on one my hubby wouldn’t even be able to eat. Jolene told me that it was my fault I didn’t know how to put no provolone and regular cheese because apparently I should know all the different kinds of cheeses that come on each pizza. I specifically just said no cheese on half. Didn’t know provolone didn’t count as a cheese? She was really rude to me on the phone and insisted on telling me I didn’t know how to order it correctly and how it wasn’t the stores fault even though I had ordered this so many times before. Ordered a pizza at 946 pm. Was told by mgr it would be 30 min. Called back 50 min later and mgr argued with me he told me 30 to 40 min. I would have no problem with that other then he never said 40 min and I was calling to make sure my order was on the way. He tried to argue it was only 40 min and guy was on his way. When delivery "scum bag" showed up he tried to argue his timeframe when all I wanted was the reason why he was late. I asked for facts and he gave me excuses about how his car was slow. Then when he was walking away he turned back at me and made a "fart" noise from his mouth. By the way he was about 50 yrs old. I stay at hotels every week and get pizza about 3 times a week. I am from Minnesota and have spent a lot of time working in North Dakota. I have never seen such a immature unreasonable pizza establishment. I will never order from dominoes again. Worst business mindset I have ever seen. Whoever is the regional manager for this dominoes...

We called and made an order for delivery at 7:22pm tonight. The total came up to $30.00. I called at 8:34pm to ask where the pizza was and they said they didn't have an order for us. I told the female we talked to a guy and gave him my card number. We talked to the guy for over 9 minutes and she said in a snappy attitude that they didn't have our order. I looked at the numbers and I told her this was the right number we called and she just hung up. They wasted our time. So now at 9:04pm we just finished an order from Papa John's. SMH I wish I could give half a star or no star. I just feel like driving up there and talking some sheet. Show them we talked and that they took our order.
