Seems like since this Joellen Lady Took over general manager position at the store the customer service has just gone down and overall quality for food has gotten worse. you can clearly tell that the employees donât get time off / Are overworked. The cashier looked like a zombie same with the person who handed me my food, fake smile and all / No genuine customer interaction. it took a good 10 to 15 minutes to even get out of the drive-through because of how slow they were getting out orders. Used to come here all the time since we live very close and because the employees were always So respectful and kind and Would make us feel very welcomed / Conversations with me and my husband about our days etc. but nowadays, if you go in, it seems like the workers are Robots. Not even worth going in and sitting down because the level of community with customers IS NOT there anymore⌠:( not sure what sheâs doing in the store / to the employees but clearly not a great choice / shouldâve had more training before getting the position (The amount of great people I knew that worked here are ALL gone / quit / Fired) my favorite manager Jaylee also apparently got fired when one of the main reasons of us going to eat here was Jaylee She always made sure we had everything and was always coming back and checking on us. Definitely one of the most genuine people Iâve met at a restaurant/fast food establishment. itâs really disappointing to hear that Joellan went on a power trip and fired one of the BEST people that they had at that store and I know hundreds of people can agree That she Was the light holding that store together. (Iâve also heard from current employees that joellan is the reason majority of the crew I loved seeing quit and A handful of people were wrongfully fired) Sheâs ruined our favorite stop to eat , Definitely WILL go out of my way to go to a different store.    Read moreI have low expectations for McDonald's to begin with, but they managed to disappoint us. It took 23 minutes for a really basic order. It wasn't very busy and they had a small army working with about a half dozen people just standing around. No one was rude and there were some really nice touches. The manager semi apologized, but probably because it was partly his fault. While making our ice cream cones he went and looked up the status of someone's job application, this person came in quite a bit after us. He told us, about 15 minutes after we placed our order, that he hadn't started our order because he had a question about how I was going to carry the ice cream cones. I was standing up front the entire time waiting. Also they didn't net their hair back and random people were walking back and forth through the cooking area to the dining area, to outside and back without having a uniform.    Read moreThis McDonaldâs always gets my order wrong... I stop in because I drive a truck and itâs Conveniently located behind the truck stop. Iâll order a Fish add lettuce or a Big Mac no pickle add ketchup. Sometimes I get my fish with or without lettuce or even the cheese will be missing but Iâll have the lettuce. My Big Mac will either have the pickle with the ketchup or one time all I got was lettuce and ketchup no Mac sauce as if they were confused I wanted both on the sandwich. I also order 2 apple pies. And a double hamburger plain no bun for my dog. Last week I got a surprise bonus! I got 4 apple pies and 2 of the double hamburgers with no bun! Today poor Simon only got 1 of his patties for that double hamburger plain no bun... Iâve given up going in because Iâve redeemed so many of the free coupons for their mistakes. LoL!
