The fast food biscuit game has gotten a lot more sparse in the last decade or so. It used to be that you had several options if you were craving a fluffy, melt-in-your-mouth biscuit at a drive-thru. Lately though it seems that a lot of places have just kind of given up. Either their biscuits are churned out of a factory and have that fake mass-produced taste, or they are made in house but don't use the best ingredients. Not naming any names, but you KNOW who you are. :| However one local place has upheld the standards fast food consumers expect when it comes to an entree type biscuit. That place is Bojangles. Now like any fast food type establishment, each location will vary in quality when it comes to service, food quality, etc. This Blacksburg location has always done a great job for us. If you are craving a seriously good biscuit and you don't want to wait - there's really only one option locally, and that's Bojangles. All of their food is very good but the biscuits are the star here and they know it. Without those heavenly, golden clouds of fluffy, buttery, crusty goodness, they wouldn't be as heavy of a hitter as they are. Read moreUpdate: This new crew working the window in the morning needs to get it together. Everyday I ask for the same thing, one thing being NO ICE in my drink. The person at the window even repeats it back to me correctly, yet why am I still receiving my drinks WITH ICE?????? I really don't understand what is so hard to comprehend what no ice means. Guess I'll be finding a new location since this crew can't open seem to make a proper order. Also not to mention where are my receipts? Everyday I am NEVER given a receipt. Obviously whoever trained this new crew has no idea how food service works.
I am a regular here for breakfast. My order was wrong, so I called and spoke with Molly. Molly refunded my entire order PLUS provided me with all freshly made food and drink. Sharon and Molly both were exceptionally wonderful to work with and went above and beyond! The crew here is wonderful and I look forward to breakfast and interaction almost every morning! Thanks...
Read moreNever had a bad experience in years. Today I'm told by the whole staff they don't care about my experience. How long I waited why 30 customers were serv d before me even though I was there before them. I was never asked the name for my pickup, they just assumed they knew which one. After asking why I'm put to the back of the line no matter how many customers come in, I'm told they always come first and I have to wait on all of them to be served until they will start on mine and it's company policy. Because I don't want to eat there and get it "TOGO". It's not fast I can't just pick it up, I'm less important than a walk-in. Now knowing it's their company policy I have no idea how long I'll wait for a "TOGO* pickup, I'll HAVE to stop coming there. I'm very busy and can't afford to wait 40+ minutes on a pickup for my family and errands and appointments I have to make ON TIME. Why is my time not...
