The fast food biscuit game has gotten a lot more sparse in the last decade or so. It used to be that you had several options if you were craving a fluffy, melt-in-your-mouth biscuit at a drive-thru. Lately though it seems that a lot of places have just kind of given up. Either their biscuits are churned out of a factory and have that fake mass-produced taste, or they are made in house but don't use the best ingredients. Not naming any names, but you KNOW who you are. :| However one local place has upheld the standards fast food consumers expect when it comes to an entree type biscuit. That place is Bojangles. Now like any fast food type establishment, each location will vary in quality when it comes to service, food quality, etc. This Blacksburg location has always done a great job for us. If you are craving a seriously good biscuit and you don't want to wait - there's really only one option locally, and that's Bojangles. All of their food is very good but the biscuits are the star here and they know it. Without those heavenly, golden clouds of fluffy, buttery, crusty goodness, they wouldn't be as heavy of a hitter as they are. Please Bojangles... don't ever let up on your relentless pursuit of biscuit perfection. You are our biscuit heroes. salutes
