My Step Fathers food was salty because of the meat in the soft Taco’s comes in premade. They could have replaced it or given him a Refund in which they refused to so. They also told him that they had an issue with me and wasn’t supposed to have serve me. How so when I go there 2 to 3 times a month and I also refer people to them. I ordered a dish last year that came with green onions like I always do but the last time I ordered it, it was with white onions and it tasted Sour. I address them nicely about it and they were rude about my situation as well. However I still referred people and my Clients to them. Never did I know they would hold a Grudge against a Customer Whom Was 💯 percent Right about their order. My Step Father was Hurt about his order not being replaced nor a refund he’s on a Fixed Income and can not afford to lose money. My daughter and I meet in Bladenboro about once a month because it's halfway between my home in Pawley's island and hers in Raleigh. Bladenboro doesn't have many restaurants, so we usually eat at El Torito. We have been there 3 times now. She gets the AC shrimp and 2 of the 3 times she's loved it. I've had a combo, which was ok at best, fajitas which were pretty good and lastly a taco salad which was more like soup than salad. It was swimming in grease and water. When I said something to the server, she said, "Yes, that's how our ground beef is." I asked her to change it to a chicken taco salad. The chicken was cooked well, but the shell was soggy and tasteless. The service is some of the worst service I've had. I would give it less than one star if possible. You have to get up and ask if you need anything at all while the server acts like you are bothering her immensely. We are going to try a different...

I’ve been here plenty of times since they have opened and always had good service, but today (10/6/23) I felt like staff wasn’t very attentive. They are always standing or sitting down talking but only come to table if we’re ready to order, chips drink and food and that’s about it!! Ask a couple of time for cheese dip, barely gave me ice, they usually ask if you want a refill for your drink but today they didn’t . We tried to get a workers attention and they saw us but took a couple of minutes to come to our table. The chips they brought to the table tasted stale and the French frieds was bad.
