This place is absolutely amazing. My wife and I just held our wedding at Albert and we were so happy with the way everything turned out. We couldn't imagine our wedding to be any more perfect. Our guests couldn't believe how beautiful this property was and described our wedding as "beautiful rustic and over-the-top elegant." This is the only venue we looked at to host our wedding and we knew within 10 minutes of being there that this was the perfect place for a rustic/western wedding. The 'Town Manager' Brandon was an absolute pleasure to work with. He is a very sincere individual and made our wedding planning process super easy. He's not your 'run-of-the-mill' wedding venue owner, he is completely dedicated to making sure your wedding is exactly what you want it to be. I HIGHLY recommend Albert Dance Hall for hosting weddings, you won't regret it. Aside from weddings, Albert Ice House is a great place to take a day trip or visit on a long weekend in the Texas Hill Country. The staff and people who visit are always the nicest people. As soon as you walk in, everyone there is your new best friend. Wherever you are coming from, the drive is more than worth it. Every time we leave Albert, we are already planning the next trip. You haven't seen the Texas Hill Country and its historical value until you have visited Albert Dance Hall/Ice...

A friend of mine had his family in town out in the Hill country and we're going to see some music play at the Albert ice house. Made the trek out to the Hill country, making sure to wear my hat and boots. I at the Albert ice House we'll make a cowboy feel at home, and I'd say anybody feel at home. A little tiny bar on one side, and then a big music hall on the other. I was primarily in the big music Hall where people can hang, dance, and imbibe.
I've only been once, but while I was there there was playing: Johnny and the rugged gents. The band was great, friendly, even bought some merch.
There was a lot of dancing, doing a mix of two stepping and non-organized dancing. Mostly in couple format, but there were people dancing on their own also. It's kind of an anything goes kind of place. If you're looking to learn some two-steping, it'd probably be a good place to learn because you're not forced into doing everything, just proper. And it's comfortable.
Afterwards, we wandered over to the silver dollar winery to have a...

We had a little music on and an employee ran up and told us the parking was only for the band, although parking never stated it was just for the band and we were only being dropped off. Not too big of a deal until another person ran up bent out of shape about our music and being dropped off. He said we needed to get out and we canât bring in our own drinks in because I was holding an empty cup from our last bar on accident. He said Iâm not mad at you its the driver, Well thatâs my driver and no one should be yelled at like that. Absolutely rediculous. I understand the importance of these reviews and wouldnât want to hurt a company so Iâll take this down as soon as something is done about the Bent Out of Shape TROLL! Iâm sorry about this but was not welcomed at all with...
