I went here April 28th, 2025 to pick up my online order. Despite not saying it was closing anytime soon the front doors were locked. There were two kids outside who also wanted Dunkin but couldn't get it because the worker inside had told them the store was closed. Seeing as the store was supposed to be open for another few hours, and seeing how I had already paid it made sense for me to enter and get the food that I had purchased no less than fifteen minutes before. Immediately, I'm getting yellled at by the worker, she's constantly telling me to leave because they are closed despite the fact that I had already paid for my food and arrived on time to pick it up. I tried to explain this to her and had to fight with her for a chunk of time before she finally went to the to go get my food. MIND YOU, the food was already bagged and ready, it took her thirty seconds to retrieve it. So, for her to sit there and fight me so much on giving me the food that I HAD ALREADY PURCHASED was insane to me. I forgive her though, cause if she has to yell and fight with some random teenager over two dounuts and a coffee that were already bagged and ready to be served, she probably is going through something. I'm rooting for ya sister. ✊🏾

Read moreI contemplated on writing this review. I am usually not the one to write bad reviews, but something needs to be done regarding this location. I have been a regular customer at this location for the past 6 years. I stop here everyday on my way to work. I get the same exact order every time. For the past couple of months, I have been experiencing nothing but poor customer service, my order has been wrong every single time, and they just can’t seem to get it right. I have been seeing some new faces, and I’ve noticed they are short staffed, not properly trained, and the customer service sucks. This place was my go to place, so I have been giving them the benefit of the doubt, but it’s not getting any better. When I order hot food these days, they either say they are not serving hot food that day, or the wait is going to be 20min. This place had some amazing workers. (Dre, Infiniti, the morning ladies(I don’t know their names), they were all so amazing).I don’t see any of the familiar faces anymore. I don’t want to blame it on the new kids, I just think the management need to take control and make some necessary changes. They need to be staffed and trained properly. The few times that i ordered the bacon egg and cheese croissant but I would always ask for no bacon sometimes it would be a problem and sometimes it wouldn't ... I never understood that .. the last time I asked for the 2 for 6 bacon and cheese croissant but with no bacon and was told that I can't substitute anything that they sell the egg sandwich by itself and I need to pay more money for that I didn't understand because if anything I'm saving you money by holding the bacon the manager with purple hair a white heavy set lady came to the window and told me no substitutions so therefore I told her I didn't want anything and pulled off and never have been back since ... I just don't feel like it was that serious I just asked for no bacon it's just like asking for no cheese the sandwich doesn't come with the bacon I didn't understand the big deal sometimes people have a Power Trip never again will...
