Lynwood Dunkin — Restaurant in Bloom Township

If I could leave negative 100 stars I would. Every-time I come to this location the bacon wraps are always partial cold. The food and drinks are inconsistent as some days it’s good and some days it tastes like straight trash. Every time I come to this location they have me wait 15-20 min for my food. Today was the last straw!

I came in this morning and ordered two iced lattes with 4 wraps, plain bagel and two donuts. I get to the window and they forget what my first Latte was. They have me pull up in front and wait for my food and drinks. When they brought it out they messed up the order on one of my drinks where the manager was combative about. Before I drove off I realized they forgot the donuts which I had to go back in and get. The wake up wraps were cold, and they also forgot to put the bagel in my bag as well when I arrived home. My wife called and complained which they agreed to give a refund

We drove back where the manager was still combative and refused to give a full refund and ended up giving only a partial refund. The place needs to be shut down! What a waste of space! Poor management and service, like they just hire anyone off the street. I would not recommend anyone to come here, even if it was the last...

I've been here three times, and each time is worse than the last. When you physically walk in, they don't acknowledge your existence, leaving you attending there, waiting while they poorly handle the drive thru. And, if you're in the drive thru, it takes them forever. I try to be patient because they're under staffed... But it looks like that's because their staff continues to "disappear". Which I get, with the incredibly rude and pretentious owners. The audacity of those people!

The food is always cold and stale, the donut they have me was hard, and I had an order of the loaded hash browns and it was awful. Hash brown round covered in literal...

Genuinely the best dunkin! I go there all the time before work. But specifically today I had a wonderful experience! Ordered online at the WRONG LOCATION! Went to the window and they said they didn’t have my order so they checked my phone order and told me what I did. Oops. Ordered again with the right location. They made my coffee super quick and perfectly and went above and beyond by giving me an extra sweet treat even though it was totally my fault! Love love love this location it’s my ride or die
