Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Bloom Township

When I came in it was a lady and she had black pants on and was taking orders. I ordered my food and also told her I was to going to need some sauces for my chicken she told me she would just give it to me I explained are you sure because I have no problems paying for what I want. I get my food ask for 4 sweetheats and the manager told her to give me 2 and I said I asked for 4. The so called manager Teddy said I can charge you and I asked him how much for 2 and he said $2.50 I asked him who was paying that for 2 sauces that was unprofessional to even say. Who would pay that for 2 sauces no one. Teddy is soooooooo unprofessional and rude and I didn’t appreciate the service. You lost 3 customers I will never ever be back. I came in and got 3 $6 boxes for my family a guy name Teddy as he says his name is was a black guy heavyset with a black dirty shirt on told me first off he couldn’t fill my fries up. I asked him why he said because we only give a small order and I explained I had paid for 3 orders. He then was very rude and wanted to argue and I explained I was not going to argue and that he had very bad customer service. I explained to him because he didn’t seem to understand that customers put money in his pocket and he wasn’t going to talk to me anyways. It was about 7 other people in the restaurant listening to him and his disrespect. I told him I would be to see his manger tomorrow and he told me I don’t care and to leave. I asked him who was he talking to because he was not going to talk to me any kind of ways. I didn’t appreciate that. I called the store no one picked up to get the real managers name. This manager who hired this person should fire him he has very bad customer service. I thought Richton park was bad this is worse. The manager should be ashamed of his staff and the behavior I will never spent my money here again. He kept waving his hand to leave and I said once again don’t wave your hand at me. Then on top of that he gave two wrong orders I asked for spicy chicken and he gave regular such poor service. Also he needs to keep his clothes clean he was very dirty look with his clothes. I asked for some honey and a young black girl game me some honey that was sticky as hell I asked if she could give me some more honey that was not sticky she said there is no more. She lied because I’m sure they had a box of honey in the back she was being very lazy long store short don’t go to this restaurant. I hope corporate gets...

I wish I could list this location a 0.. I placed my order online, and was given my confirmation email to be able to pick up my food. I arrived 25 mins later and was told they were closed. Mind you online hours states 2am they close. It was 10:55pm. I was told that they had no order for me. That they were sold out of chicken and if I waited a few mins I can speak to the manger. So I waited in the drive thru line. Some male came over the speaker and told me they were closed, and they dont have anymore chicken. I explained the popeyes online had took the funds out of my account. And he States it was not his problem, that I needed to go to corporate or back online to get a refund. He begin to tell me to cancel the order, I told him there was no where on the site where I can cancel the order. He said that ur was not his problem. Then I ask to speak to the manger, this man was very rude, he said he was the manger, and he dont have time for this, call corporate. I will never go to this...

Worst Popeyes I have ever been to! Ordered chicken strip combo, chicken was in these flat pieces with the coating falling off, resembled cheap thin fish filets. It was also overcooked and dry. At least the biscuit was kinda warm, and I know the mac & cheese was fresh because I watched them pour it into the dirty container up front.

Oh yeah, I didn't pay for a show either. I don't need to see you guys being all flirty and touching up on each other. Speaking of touching, nobody had gloves or anything. No hand washing after handling money or each other. And then you treat me like I'm inconvenient for you. I WAITED 15 MINUTES for a simple strips combo, then you throw my dip cups in the bag so forcefully one tore open and made a mess!

Only reason I ate the food was I didn't realize it would've so horrible, and I was feeling lazy and the place was a couple blocks from my location at the time. Definitely won't make that...
