Ordered a brownie tornado. I waited. Over 8 minutes, multiple people ordered.By me and I had already gotten their ice cream. I asked about it and all they could say was.Oh I forgot about it, so they made.Then the barely put in the brownie in It pretty much.I just got a cup of Vanilla Ice cream.This is the second time that this has happened in a month.Ridiculous Three people were working and they didn't realize they missed in order I realize that happens but their system needs fixed or Is they need New worker These ones just...

Cannot thank the people working this Monday evening enough! Got an hour down the road before we realized the wife left her wallet. Most anxious hour drive back ever, but so grateful for it being turned in. Not only is the ice cream fantastic, but the employees went above and beyond. Thank you all! Highly recommend the...

The teenage staff definitely needed some management and possibly training. I don't know if he just didn't properly know how to mix a malt or just didn't care but either way it should never be served in a cup with a hole in the side. The wife enjoyed her turtle...
