Pizza Plus — Restaurant in Bloomingdale

A week and half ago I ordered a pizza from here for $20.20 it was raw it was doughy I called them and told they about it and the lady said that she would replace it I call back and to night to get it she told me I could get it because it was to late I had to do it the same night but she never told me that I even ordered another one couple days after the first one for $20.20 and they didnt give the credit for that one I had to pay the full price tonight she told me that out of the 20 credit she said I only had $6 is there any one else that got ripped off by them are they that broke that they need to steal money I wouldnt buy anything from pizza plus on Bloomingdale not ever again even if I had to walk 10 miles I'm on a fixed income they just take it when they wan't it and you can't do anything about it I have never paid $20 for a one toping pizza that doesn't have any no tomato paste on it they used make good pizzas now there trying to get by, by not putting much on them i sure do thank them for doing a great business with customers I've been getting pizza here for years I hope you go out of business the way you started doing people taken from a disability man over a piece of dough and few pieces of pepperoni not like they used to do they can take the $20.20 and see if they...

One word to describe tonight Horrible!!!ordered online this evening waited an hour called the location spoke with “Lynn” who told us oh we had 15 orders in at the same time and delivery’s were done by area not time received. Asked to speak to the GM was told Jerry wasn’t there and Lynn at first didn’t even know when the GM would be in because the GM works multiple locations. Was told our food hadn’t even been fixed it would be 20-30 mins before the driver was back. The. They would cook our food and would be another 45-60 minutes. Lynn advises us they have staffing issues at that location and after today and speaking with her I understand why. Lynn also said she was too busy to call and let us know about the delay. Would hate to know this $40 order costed you a customer. Maybe Bloomingdale needs a management training. So just beware they do orders by location and not in order per...

We arrived approximately till 2:00. There was no pizza left on the buffet whatsoever. We didn't know the buffet ended at 2:00 and we asked for some pizza and they reluctantly made some but did not make what we wanted. They said we can only make this and that was it. With the customers that was in here the pizza was out in a hurry and we asked for some other pizzas to be made. They said it was only 2 minutes after 2:00 and that's when they shut down the buffet. So I did not get to eat much anything that I really wanted. Just whatever that they were going to throw in front of me. This will be the last time that I eat at Pizza Plus in Bloomingdale! And that's a shame because I live with him a mile of their business and frequently ordered pizzas from here for me...
