I got a $58.76 order and they messed it up. Well, the foot long cookie and churro was correct. This was an online order. The subs weren’t toasted, the PLAIN turkey, cheese and bacon had mayo or something on it and the sweet onion chicken teriyaki WRAP only had chicken and cheese. I have the receipt to prove our order and I have pics of what we actually got. I called to inform them and drive all the way back to correct the order and the girl that said she did our order mentioned we ordered the chicken, cheese and peppercorn wrap; which I quickly corrected her BECAUSE we had no such order. Sorry hun, wrong order. After she finally found the correct receipt she did apologize BUT she can’t do anything about it. I’d have to call back when the manager was in. That was a joke because I finally reached the manager and she said she’d have to get hold of the GM. Seriously, you got to call the GM to replace an order that you guys screwed up?! Whatever, called back the next day only to find out the manger is off until Wednesday. Today, WEDNESDAY and apparently they can’t answer the phone. I’m sure she’ll say she was busy but I called while in the parking lot and watched her ignore my call. Truly and pro..pathetic. I’ve called corporate, emailed corporate and NOTHING! They must’ve trained the manager. Pathetic. I’m not asking for much, replace OR refund my order. You messed it up, do the right thing.

Read moreI can not even put in words about this Subway. Every time I go in there the mess my order up. Now I'm really starting to think there doing it on purpose. Food is awful. The employees are horrible at there job. As soon as you walk in the door the employees are complaining infront of there guest about how there job is so bad and how they don't like when ppl come in with big orders. There all very rude and terrible at there jobs. Now I have worked for subway many years ago and think God it's not this location but honestly it's not hard at all. Your making sandwiches people,come on.....pure lazy... Now I'm not being judgemental but I've came in and a girl who worked there was so tweaked out her mind that she could not focused to save her life. That day I left and did not deal with that. This is the worst location of all even there employees. Get people who want to work and have common decency for others. If you ask me you should shut this location down for good. I will not come back to this location at all. For here on our Jersey Mike's will be my go to.... Read moreI ordered 4 subs today. There were two girls there who were making the subs. A brunette girl helped on my order until another customer came in, She then asked for his order and started making his one sub. She finished and rang him out before mine were even completed. The blonde girl finished making my order while the brunette walked to the back area. I requested hot peppers on 3 of the subs and the blonde girl opened a container to get more of them. While the blonde girl was still helping me the brunette girl came out from the back and yelled at the blonde girl, ordering her to empty all the hot peppers into the metal container. The blonde girl was very polite and respectful, but the brunette was everything but. First of all, If I was ahead of other customers then Subway should have finished making my order first. Second, That brunette girl wasn't working but wanted to yell at coworker (who was working) to put the peppers away in front of a customer. That is very upsetting to see employees being treated so disrespectfully. I never see this in Bristol or Piney Flats which makes it a more pleasant...
