Hardee’s — Restaurant in Bluefield

1st off eff you higher ups cus my kids will NEVER know how freaking awesome a hardees roast beef or fried chicken was....BUT foods alright for the most part, overpriced but alright BUT this Blfd Va one in particular could use some damn manners. My husband doesn't do good remembering what we all want, so I will call in our Sunday breakfast, and on the occasion we are both off from work through the weeks I can never remember the breakfast hours because sometimes it seems to change with who has answered the question. I'll call in our 1 or 2 gravy biscuits and tell them he will be there in 30 minutes. Simple, but several times I have gotten met with the "uggg attitude but TODAY whoever this woman was was downright freaking rude,no-one answered the phone so I called back 4 times in all till they answered and it was sooo inconvienent.Then the lady got totally rude when I told her what I wanted and wanted it ready at 1030, "if, we serve breakfast till 11" well idc, there a reason I'm calling it in sweetheart! I worked fast food at one of the busiest and best McDonald's for 6 almost 7 years when I was in school and just getting out. It isn't that hard to be freaking nice, whatever your problem is should not be taken out on me, if you are busy well thats telling you you have a job, that's what your job is to serve customers. If people called in well, that's not customers fault either. That attitude will get you nowhere in life hunny . Whoever manages needs get that crews attitude...

Last 2 times I've been here I ordered a breakfast platter. Drive thru. I guess you also have to ask for forks now. Neither time have I got a fork. Try eating biscuits and gravy with fingers. At least give me a napkin to wipe my hands. Will update. Let's make that the third time. It's a shame you can't even get a fork to eat your biscuits and gravy. And then when you call you only get an attitude. We're gonna go to the one in Bluefield.West Virginia you get better service. And they can at least give you a fork. Update. Place is still GARBAGE. Cashier was Stephanie we ordered 1 blt chicken 1 blt cheeseburger frisco meals. We made it home to Tazewell to eat and we ended up with 2 cheeseburgers. So I called girl knew immediately who I was and what happened said sorry wrote our name down, said we could come get a refund or the chicken frisco that we wanted. Showed up the next day to be told I was a liar and we got what we ordered. So tell them whatever just let me order 2 chicken frisco sandwiches and it was still a problem. We didn’t mind waiting the first time even though we were the only ones in line and was pulled to the front of the store, but waiting for the wrong food then to be called a liar on top of it all is awful...
