Mariachi Loco Mexican Grill & Bar — Restaurant in Bluffton

I frequently visit Mariachi Loco and overall, it's a nice establishment. The food is good and prices are fair. You typically won't have a long wait on your food with 2-4 people.

Edit: 5/6/21 I visit Mariachi Loco for the millionth time, and I'm not happy with this review... this visit went from bad to worse. I've not had problems before so this by far is unbelievable. The salsa today wasn't good. The chips were stale. The waiter had an attitude while serving me. The food i had ordered was wrong. I ordered chicken and was brought beef. The food was taken back and made again, only to be wrong, again. So they took it back and brought another one and it, too, was wrong. My "salad" wasn't in the burrito like I had asked. My friend had their order made wrong as well. When we asked to speak to the owner, the employee wouldn't get him and kept saying that "people put it to the side and don't complain." People also don't order things they don't want. She also told me, when she brought my food, "they made it this way, sorry." Thank goodness they only do karaoke once a year. The music was so loud you could not here the person next to you let alone attempt to order food. We had to order our food using hand gestures. There were drink glasses still on our table from the people before us that they never cleaned up. In fact they were still setting there after we finished eating and left. Our waiter was to busy watching the group of young, drunk girls singing every Shania Twain song ever released, that nobody at our table of 6 ever got drink refills. But at least they got there drinks. The beer I ordered came right as I finished eating. I really thought I was going to have to go get it myself like we had to with our menus. I will never be eating here again! The food is okay it's not horrible but the prices are insane! How are you going to charge 9 dollars for salsa when all I wanted was 3 of the little 2go cups of each salsa this is ridiculous, and I call and ask about the prices and why the salsa was so expensive since the stuff to make it is so cheap & he replies with "why didn't you just make it yourself" are you serious? What a great way of showing appreciation to the people that order from there! Then they charge you extra for being a carry out, and they "accidentally" over charged my card!
