WoW absolute WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! I had ordered a beef dinner and they brought out super fried burnt beef. It was inedible and I couldn't get the waiters attention to save my life as they purposely were trying to ignore me. So I went up to the Front and asked if I can get a another plate, and they asked why? I asked him please look at your plate this does not look like what had ordered previously nor does it look like what's on the menu. The waiter went to the back and brought out the owner (I guess that's who she was), and I asked Id like another plate order because this is inedible. She asked why? I said its burned. She then proceeded 'why didn't you ask how it was cooked' as if I'm some kind of expert. Anyways she just stood there looking at me. I said "can I please order something else instead of this" she said and I wanted to make sure I wasn't paying for this burned crispy meal. She says yes "you pay for this and another" with a bad attitude. I then said 'you have terrible customer service' and she just said "No" I was so upset! I would gladly pay for another meal because I was so hungry, but after her snarky attitude I just couldn't do it. I totally lost my appetite and she was just staring me down as if I did something wrong! Hey listen up Blythe this is Not the way you treat people, let alone buying customers who keep terrible restaurants like this alive. I personally work in Customer service and if I remotely treated Anyone with disrespect they would fire me in a heartbeat, and if they lady is the owner and treated me this way, I'm sure she's done it before because no reprocussions have taken place. Please show us your reviews, WARN people about this place. I should have taken these terrible reviews into consideration and next time I will. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone, not even as a last resort. STAY AWAY, eat somewhere else, anywhere but here. BBQ at home, or learn how to make this kind of food because it really isn't that hard. Choose Wiseley and read reviews and make SURE you post your reviews here to warn others about this horrid place. Ughhh...

I truly don't understand how this place has a 4 star rating on here, my husband is also in shock with the service we received today. Simple order: chicken and broccoli, "oh cool theres crab rangoon on the side, we dont need a full order then", egg flower soup and brown steamed rice to go with it... that's all. We drive the meal back home since there's no inside seating at the time and when we get home we're met with the saddest looking $12 meal we've ever seen. The chicken didn't look or taste like any part of a chicken I've ever eaten but the brocolli would have been bearable had it not all been sitting in this weird barely flavored sort of goo... we honestly can't make heads or tales of the goo, its unnerving. The "crab rangoon" it comes with was 1 single piece of crab rangoon which was equally as frustrating as the chicken and brocolli sludge. And to top it all off we weren't even given brown rice. I WISH I was making this up but I'm honestly not, it really is saddening to have had such a poor experience at such a well reviewed restaurant. We might try again some other time but for now we need some time to recover from...

Fabulous food, great wait staff, and fun atmosphere (you just have to experience the pink interior).

I ordered the Phoenix and Dragron with an egg roll appetizer. I enjoy my food spicy in both heat index and in overall flavor, and the dish exceeded my expectations and excited my tastebuds!

I had an original Coke as my beverage of choice, and the fountain drink was expertly calibrated for maximum flavor. For those of you who have read my other reviews know that I need - and want - a lot of fluids with my meals. So when a waitress refills my drink, as my very friendly waitress here at the Garden did for me, before I rattle the empty glass of ice, I'm a very happy camper - and the tip starts to skyrocket.

I would have given them five stars except that the mens room needs totally remodeled. The sink's faucet has rust barnacles growing on it and is rusted through. One of the toilets was out of order, and the whole room needs to be doused in bleach.

I'll definitely be back for more...
