Kowloon — Restaurant in Blytheville

I'm going to try to give this review in a kind & respectful manner, while being honest. That being said, I want to just say, The Kowloon restaurant, (with all due respect) isn't exactly the place I would recommend to anyone. I know that, EVERYONE expects a relaxing atmosphere that's clean (and insect free), a tasty & fulfilling meal, and a waiter or waitress that's both kind & caring as well as eager to please all of their customers. That's what everyone wants, and rightly so. Any worthy business owner wants their customers happy and will do whatever it takes to see that all of their patrons are satisfied when they leave their establishment. My husband and I recently ate dinner here while staying at the Red Roof Inn during a hunting trip. We got there pretty late (about 9:30 pm) so I wasn't expecting a fully stocked buffet. However, our server was very polite and made sure we were taken care of. One of the cooks came out and asked us what specific things we would like him to cook fresh for us. He came out a second time to make sure we were satisfied. I worked at an Asian buffet while I was in college and my boss was adamant on great customer service and these were the same practices we had. My husband and I were very satisfied. I think people should be more understanding when going to a buffet during hours that are not busy. This is hands down the WORST Chinese food I have ever had. Almost $10 for an order of crab Rangoon that were basically empty and the little bit that was in it tasted legitimately like sour cream and onion dip inside. The food was old and tasted horrible the egg roll was the best part and that was bad. Old and almost too hard to eat.
