Wish there was a negative star button. I have never written a review in my life but I felt compelled after the way I was treated at this deplorable establishment. First I am at the drive through and everything is going fine with my order and all is correct as I pull up to the first window. This is where I begin to pay the man was nice and all but he didn’t check to verify my order or anything which I didn’t think much of. Then the horror started at the second window. The woman ignored me when I first came to the window then gave me a bag and when I looked inside it was nothing that I had ordered. I explained this to her then she called over another employee and I explained the whole situation again to this woman who was very rude and aggressive towards me. Then she called over a manager that asked me to explain the situation once again then the manager brings over the man who I paid the receipt to. All while my credit card was being passed in between all these individuals and my now crumpled receipt was taken from me. Then after all of this the man tells me that I never even ordered. I honestly wonder how this man thought that this was true. All the while also these employees are not trying to help me in the slightest and only wasting my time. Horrible customer service. Then after telling me I never ordered and me telling him that in fact did order he begins to argue with me saying I did not. So he tells me I need to pullover to do this return. I was in a rush as most people are that go to a FAST food restaurant so I had to tell him that I have to go I do not have anymore time to waste. So I was forced to leave after paying for NOTHING and getting NOTHING in return. I was hungry and very frustrated that all staff members and manager included were not trying to help me in the slightest. Read moreWaited in drive thru line over 15 minutes. Only 4 cars ahead of us. Overall took us 20 minutes for an ice cream & McFlurry. Teenagers taking orders lack any basic hospitality training. I asked for the manager who came over immediately, and told him this line took 20 min. He said sorry and walked away. He seemed sincere, but clueless about the backed up lines. Cars often drive away when they see the long (slow) car lines. This location, for years, has been run by teenagers and poorly trained managers. Owner must have spent a lot of money renovating this location a while back so it looks very nice. But the flow processes for a fast food store miss the mark. I have been here 100 times mostly because of its convenient location. But the place is consistently slow & staff mostly aloof. It takes a lot of $ to own/run a McDonalds franchise & I suspect the owner must make a lot of money despite the poor customer servicc. Think of how much more $ would be made by a well run store. The McDonalds location a few miles away on 441/Glades is run better. I don’t know if the owner is the same. You would think tracking a simple metric like the average amount of time cars spent in line (as there are plenty of video cameras there) would provide basic actionable info to any caring owner/operator. Read moreSomeone from there is using my credit card. I am in Denver and have never been to this Florida location EVER. I called and asked to speak with a manager and I hear the cashier tell someone it's a lady on the phone who need to speak to a Manager. I called this location because my bank told me to call the location to cancel the transaction because it is fraud and to let them know. I hear someone say "for what,to complain". Then I hear them say " we ain't got time for that" in their exact words twice while I am still waiting for anyone to speak with me at this point. I am sitting on hold at this very moment and I can hear everything but someone picking up the phone to see what I needed. If only I were corporate management I would fire whomever were in charge on this shift. I heard the lady plain an clear. It's said to see that people like them get to deal with customers all day and this is how u treat them. I work on customer service everyday and no matter how stressful my job gets I would never allow myself to treat any of my customers like I've been treated today. I've been on hold now for 35 minutes now and still NO SERVICE. Please re evaluation the people r management u have on staff 3/20/19...
