Good service, not so good food. My Italian sub had very little meat in it. All lettuce and bun. My business partner got a bacon cheeseburger sub and was the same. Very little meat and a half a slice of bacon. Complained to an employee they were apologetic and said they couldn't complain to the kitchen help or they will quit. Never in my life have I ever heard of a business afraid to complain to the help. I'm a business owner my self and that would not fly with me. I would be hiring new staff. Won't be going back there anytime soon.

This is really the only place to eat besides Sheetz/Snappys in the Milesburg area and Brother's seems to know that. Their prices are high and quality is poor. I tried ordering a simple cheesesteak but the woman taking orders via phone was SO rude - she kept cutting me off. Totally not worth the hassle. Our family will definitely take our business elsewhere. Updated to 1 star: below are “cinnamon dough balls” my family ordered on Friday 4/16/21. Disgusting.

Ate here for the first and last time. Ordered a one topping pizza and 6 wings and paid just under $30. I'm not sure I even want to understand that. Pizza was good. The 6 wings I paid almost $9 for were so dry I ate them on the drive home without making a mess of myself or the car. So that leaves the 1 topping pizza to cost almost $20. I haven't ever stiffed a place on an order, but I regret not walking out after hearing the price.

"All Good Things Must End"

Unfortunately, I'm done with Brother's Wingate. I've been a customer for over 30 years but tonight's experience finally ended my patronage.

Over the past year, the quality of their food and service has gone down while their prices and shoddy service has gone up.

Tonight, they screwed up my order again(like NUMEROUS times over the past year)and when I called to complain, at first I wasn't believed by the "phone girl" that my order was wrong .....then when that upset me and I asked her "Why I would make this up?" .....the teenage employee hung up on me! I only mention her age so you know what you're going to be dealing with when you deal with their "customer service representative".

Another family member called and was given a lot of "smart talk" while trying to explain the situation. Well that's it for this customer!

I've seen similar complaints like this on various social media but the owner always sides with his employees so therefore, it seems to me his customers are always "wrong". He won't "take his customers getting upset with his employees" but yet, will not try and empathize with his faithful customers who have been receiving sub-par service over the past few years and get upset when we're talked to with disrespect by someone who wasn't even alive when I bought my first slice from his restaurant!!

It's sad. I used to love their food and my family constantly gave the restaurant YEARS of business and countless amounts of money. But that was back when the owner and HIS FAMILY would actually be present at the restaurant and the employees knew the customers and cared that you were treated right.

Well, Brothers Pizza Wingate will never get a single dime from me again and I will encourage as many of my friends and family to choose another restaurant to order from.

Lord knows we have enough Pizza shops in the area.....and that's also sad... Brothers has turned from a restaurant where you walked away happy and full into just another "pizza shop" along the highway where you walk away wondering why you didn't save some money and just get a sandwich from the gas station across the street.

I'm sure this review will not change anything at the restaurant as it's best years seem to be gone and I look for "The Brothers" to retire and count their money (which used to be MY money)

Well, tonight, you deposited this LONG TIME CUSTOMER'S last penny into...

My wife and i got food from here in December 2023 and it was not good at all. My wife got a breaded chicken salad and i got a 11 inch baked italian. As far as the salad goes it was ok nothing to brag about just lettuce chicken and fries none of what costs the restaurant much i figure they probably make a sald for 2$ worth of product but just know you will pay 15$ On the baked Italian i told my wife i felt like i was eating a sald sandwich because it 2 flimsy little cold cuts then what looked like a single piece of pepperoni in the center it was quite pathetic for 15$ so what do you think it costs them to make it again 2$ or less. Ive been managing restaurants most of my adult life so i know exactly what im talking about. I absolutely love the Brothers Pizza menu items i love their homemade dressing and idk about what other Brothers are charging for their items but i WILL NOT BE BACK to this particular Brothers Pizza so very disappointed and sick of getting garbage food because managers dont want to make sure employees are trained properly and then constantly observing to make sure they dont fall back into the mistakes. Im sorry but most teenagers have no interest in working an hourly restaurant job so when they do they usually are the worst employees they want to get paid for hanging out and being on their phone and have no interest in making good food and thats what i saw working their teenagers. Im not saying all teenagers are lazy i just know from working in this field most dont want to be bothered with the correct way of doing things then you have to worry about getting sick from things being cooked or stored improperly and i dont eat out much anymore because most stuff is garbage and this Brothers is another on the list i wont be back too. Save your money cook at home or go somewhere that holds to the standards they are...

I’ve been a loyal lover of brothers for quite a few years. It’s always been our go to for a quick pick up, and our family always enjoyed it. However, for the past year or so, the food quality has gone way down. We always get chicken cheesesteaks, and they have hardly any meat, the meat was burnt, no flavor, and super dry. To the point it’s hard to swallow. The bread was hard as a rock and couldn’t even be chewed! My children had a small pizza and there was hardly any cheese. Just a few tiny drops. I try to support our local businesses, and it makes me sad to see this one going downhill so badly. Please save your money, unless this location improves. Unless you would like to lose a tooth, but please be mindful of that. They’ve lost a great deal of customers so far because the lack of quality anymore. I really dislike having to leave a review and complain, and also dislike making the high school kids that work there, feel less than great. But for the price point, you expect decent...
