Los Arcos Mexican Restaurant — Restaurant in Bokchito

Went to calera restaurant, food is below average, plates are hot but foods not. Cheese in our chimichonga was not even melted. Waitor knew nothing about food or how it was prepared. Ground meat tasted disgusting, especially if you want the quesadillas. The cook came and told my husband it was his fault and on him, they wouldn't fix it, if they did we would be charged twice. RUDE! Also needed more to drink and one waitress was going to bring me some but another waitress told her no! Like I said wanted to give it a try but will tell everyone I know how RUDE the customer service is and how below average...

The ground beef tasted like it was rotten and rancid. I still feel nasua at the taste 2 hours later. The fajita meat was good. Service was extremely slow and and had to correct the order 3 times and they still forgot a la carte taco. The queso was melted pepper jack.. chips need salt and were stale beans had no spice or flavor.

Staff was nice but we will not return.. we were forgotten many times.

The waitress refilled my tea with ice water that had melted in the tea pitcher.

Decided to treat myself out to eat which I hardly ever do so I think oh there's this nice little Mexican restaurant in bokchito. Think I might want to try it go in it's busy their having lunch buffet I ordered off the menu. A dinner I got pretty much kid portions, salsa was not good I won't be back sorry but not sorry my money doesn't seem to...
