Service today was below average. The manager arrived at our table and expressed my drink request could not be performed bc I had no mixer. I explained my requested mixer and she walked away. No apologies or response.

We waited for 30+ minutes for the waitress to arrive back at our table, as we waited for another drink. Even better our soup/appetizer order to start my friends out.

As we thought the soup arrived after our second drink request 5 min later, followed by the main course. Luckily the person serving the food, not the waitress, was able to get silverware for us and chat more than or her.

The chipotle burger bowl was cold, chicken wings were near cold, and the sauces that they gave with the chicken wings had no flavor. We even had to go request to the waitress, find her in the area, and request additional napkins which she didn’t give us prior to our meal.

In short, the Second star is on the basis that the food was OK, but the service was definitely one to zero stars.

If you do arrive at this place and it is busy, I recommend going to other venues for a good dinner meal. Portillo‘s is not too far from this location and I highly...

I had ordered from this place a while ago, and the food was delicious, but this time it was more than disappointing. The below photos are what I received vs. what was advertised. The “baked mac and cheese” was basically kraft cheese powder on spiral noodles with a few bread crumbs sprinkled on top. Also, not pictured is the “pub style fish sandwich” which was less than half the size of the bun it came on. I’m not one to leave bad reviews, but all I wanted last night was a nice comfort meal, and I couldn’t even bring myself to enjoy it. It’s possible the food would be better if you eat there, but I don’t recommend take-out. Now, I’m out $40 despite the absolute trash quality of food. Even after complaining, I only got $4 back. Can I say you get Best of Both Worlds. Not only can you gamble here on horses, they have the most delicious food I have ever had in my whole entire life. I am not just saying that I mean that this food here is so delicious that you won't even believe it. Until you try it. I ordered the breaded chicken crispy tenders a sampler and a whole bunch of other stuff and it was absolutely delicious. I highly recommend anything on their menu because everything was so delicious. I live very far from this place like an hour and a half but I will definitely make that drive to go and eat there again.
