Today is Taco Tuesday for me. I went into this restaurant ordered ten tacos. Five chicken, two fish, two beef that’s marinated in pineapples and one el pastor. I asked for them all on flour because the corn breaks apart. While I was looking through the menu she did help with all questions let’s make that clear. I asked her was anything spicy ( in the taco section) and her response was no ma’am, we have a spicy sauce though. My order is now ready and I ask the server for spicy sauce when told my order was ready and she told me five more minutes. I knew that was a lie and I wasn’t waiting. If she had told me before I would've still ordered (maybe). I prefer my food spicy. I get home and only five are flour and the five are corn 🫤. $40 almost and I didn’t enjoy my meal. I took a chance on trying this restaurant to show support (iykyk what’s going on) but that’s it. Today was my third time and last time. I had to eat my tacos with TACO BELL FIRE sauce (ugh). The corn tacos...
Read moreMy wife had carne azada and I got birria tacos. We got two cantaloupe juices and an order of cheese dip. Total came out to over $50. I will say out the gate that they're Way Overpriced. They're are plenty of Mexican restaurants in the area that have great food where I could have gotten the same food for around 30 bucks. I love supporting local businesses but I won't return here because of the prices. The carne asada was great and seasoned well. The birria was good but most definitely not the best birria I've had in the area. Some people must have only eaten at one other Mexican restaurant in their lives. The meat was tender but it was weak on flavor. Now that cantaloupe juice was hittin'. It was the best thing about the whole meal. Their salsa was good but they only gave us one stingy small bag of chips to go with two meals. All in all, the food was good, but not worth the...
Read moreI am rating the overall experience a 3 star & here’s why; I have been a loyal Tacos y Mariscos customer since 2021. But when they posted about lack of customers & took advantage of the “Keith Lee” situation; they became greedy & its come to bite them in the as$. They were going to open a second location but the demand did not meet the need. After they saw demand - they increased their prices significantly because of him & did not do it slowly - so the regulars & those who know what’s norm; backed away. I say this with love as I have looked at thousands of businesses & their financials - I’m an accountant - if you treat the community right; they will treat you right. Keith Lee brought you the foot traffic you needed & with the greediness of price hikes; you’ve been offset & put back in the same...
